Examining the Role of Spritual Leadership on Organizational Agility

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي نقش رهبري معنوي در چابكي سازماني انجام شد. با توجه به اينكه مرتفع ساختن مسائل و مشكلات ناشي از تغييرات سريع محيطي و همچنين بهبود روند رشد و توسعه سازمان ها امري حياتي است، اين پژوهش مي تواند با هدف بررسي مولفه هاي تاثيرگذار رهبري معنوي بر چابكي سازماني، نقش مهمي را در اين زمينه ايفا كند. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كاركنان «شركت گاز استان فارس» (170نفر) و تعداد افراد نمونه 102 نفر است. داده هاي پژوهش به وسيله پرسش نامه گردآوري شده و از طريق نرم افزارهاي آماري ليزرل و SPSS بررسي و تحليل شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه كليه ابعاد رهبري معنوي بر چابكي سازماني تاثيرگذار هستند؛ همچنين تمامي ابعاد رهبري معنوي، وضعيت مطلوبي دارند. در ادامه پژوهش، از طريق آزمون آماري فريدمن، ابعاد رهبري معنوي و چابكي سازماني اولويت بندي شدند.

Abstract This research was conducted to investigate the role of spiritual leadership on organizational agility. Nowadays, in this respect, that overcome on problems that caused by rapid changes and improvement in growth and development of organizations is critical, the aim of research is investigation the factors influencing the spiritual leadership on organizational agility, this can play an important role in this field.The statistical society consisted of Fars gas company employees (n = 170) and the number of participants is 102 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and through statistical software Spss confirmatory factor analysis have been analysed. The results show that all dimensions of spiritual leadership on organizational agility can be influence. Also shown that all of dimension of spiritual leadership have desirable situation. Further study, the dimensions of spiritual leadership and organizational agility by Friedman test were prioritized.
