چكيده فارسي :
يكي از حقوق زوجين نسبت به هم، حق رابطه ي جنسي است. برقراري صحيح اين ارتباط نقش مهمي در حفظ و استحكام خانواده و پيشگيري از انحرافات احتمالي زن يا شوهر دارد. تحقيق حاضر با روش كتابخانه اي و تحليلي ـ توصيفي با استفاده از استنباطات فقهي و اصولي بيان ميكند كه مطابق آيه ي شريفه ي «عاشروهن بالمعروف» و «و لهن مثل الذي عليهن بالمعروف»، زن و شوهر حقوق مساوي دارند و اين حقي متضايف است يعني در مقابل تكليف زن كه اطاعت از مرد در امور جنسي است، حقي هم از جانب مرد نسبت به زن قرار داده شده است و برقراري چنين توازني -كه تلازم حق و تكليف است - به تعديل و تنظيم روابط جنسي منجر خواهد شد.
در غير اين صورت رضايت زناشويي خدشه دار ميشود. دليل اين الزام، علاوه بر وجوب حسن معاشرت در روابط زوجين، ظهور اوليه ي تعبير به حق در روايات به الزام، اطلاق حكم وضعي ناشي از حكم تكليفي رابطه ي جنسي و نيز ارشادي مولوي بودن اين نوع از حق است. به همين جهت اگر مرد حق زن را در اين ارتباط رعايت نكند و زن از انجام دادن عمل زناشويي سرپيچي كند، حكم ناشزه به او داده نميشود.

One of the rights of couples to each other is the right of sexual intercourse. It has a significant role in maintaining the family and preventing possible deviations of a woman or her husband. The present study using a descriptive library and analytical method showed that husband and wife have equal rights according to the verses of Quran such as " Treat your wives with goodness", "Women have the same rights as duties." that is, in contrast to the woman's duty to obey the man in sexual matters, a duty has been placed on the man towards the woman, and the establishment of such a balance, will lead to adjustment of sexual intercourse. Otherwise, marital satisfaction will be compromised. The reason for this requirement, in addition to the necessity of good communication in couples' relations, is divine guidance, and also the emergence of the early interpretation of the right in Islamic traditions as a requirement. Therefore, if a man does not observe the right to sexual consent One of the rights of couples to each other is the right of sexual intercourse.
