تحليل مكاني مبتني بر اقليم در ارزيابي تناسب مكان‌يابي پارك شهري شهرستان گرمي

Spatial analysis of climatic factors on suitability assessment in Germi Township urban park

مكان‌هاي تفريحي يكي از مهم‌ترين كاربري‌هاي شهري بوده و نقش مهمي در كاهش آلودگي هوا و نيز ارتقـا كيفيت زندگي افراد ساكن در محدوده شهري دارند. هدف اين پژوهش طراحي اقليمي و تحليل فضايي پارك شهري شهرستان گرمي با مساحت 2/1725 كيلومترمربع، براساس تأثير مطلوبيـت فضـاي داخلـي و تناسب مكان در ايجاد پارك‌هاي شهري اسـت. در ايـن پژوهش برخي از عناصر اقليمي در يك دوره آماري 11 ساله (1393-1383) و عوامل جغرافيايي مؤثر در مكان‌يابي پارك شهري شهرستان گرمي انتخاب و نقشه‌هاي مربوطـه بـراسـاس آمـار و اطلاعات ايستگاه‌هاي منطقه با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهاي ArcGIS10.1 در مكان‌يابي منطقه مورد مطالعه و Autocad در طراحي پلان فضاي سبز، حريم‌بندي و تعيين كاربري اراضي تهيـه شـدند. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه مطلوبيت مكان پارك‌ها و نيز مطلوبيت فضاي داخلـي پارك‌هـا بـر شكل‌گيري اجتماعات فراغتي در آن‌ها مؤثر است و در پارك مورد مطالعه، مطلوبيت بيش‌تر مكان پارك و فضاي داخلي موجب شده تا گروه‌هاي خانوادگي بيش‌تري در پارك‌ها حضور پيدا كنند، درحالي‌كه ضعف ايـن عوامـل موجـب افزايش حضـور گروه‌هـاي دوسـتان و همسالان شده است. در مجموع، سايت مورد نظر به‌عنوان سايت آسايش در اوقات فراغت انتخاب گرديد. هم‌چنين از نظر اقليمي، دريافت انرژي خورشيدي كه در اكثر فصول سال و ايام روز، آسايش گرمايي را در زمان حضور گردش­گران داراست. در نتيجه بيش‌ترين بارش مربوط به فصل پاييز مي‌باشد در صورتي‌كه ماه‌هاي تير و مرداد به‌ترتيب با 13 و 5/9 ميلي‌متر كم‌ترين مقدار را دارا هستند. بنابراين از نظر بارش داراي كم‌ترين تأثير منفي بر مطلوبيت فضاي تفريحي است. از نظر تأثير ساعات آفتابي گردش‌گري مثبت ارزيابي شده است هم‌چنين تأثير وزش باد در منطقه مثبت ارزيابي شده است.

Urban parks as one of the most important urban land use plays an important role in reducing air pollution and upgrade the quality of life of recreational areas as type of urban land use play an important role in reducing air pollution and improving the life quality of urban residents. The aim of this study is the design and spatial analysis of urban parks in the Germy Township based on the effects of desirable inner space, and location suitability on development of urban parks with an area of 1725.2 km2. The climatic factors in a 11-year (2004-2014) period were analyzed along with effective geographical parameters to site selection of Germy urban park, and related maps were prepared based on available data. The design of plans and determination of zones were done in GIS and AutoCAD environments. According to the results, the appropriateness of park location along with desirability of inner-park spaces leads to increase the presence of family groups. While the deficiencies of effective factors caused the attendance of even-aged group of friends and peers in the studied park. In conclusion, the study site was chosen as a suitable area in leisure times. Also in terms of climate and receiving solar energy, most seasons and times of day provide thermal comfort in the time of tourist's persistence. The result, the highest amount of rainfall is related to the autumn season, while the lowest amount of rainfall for the July and August months were 13 and 9.5 mm, respectively. Thus the rainfall has the least negative impact on the desirability of recreational space. The impact of sunshine hours was considered as positive and the impacts of wind blowing were assessed as favorable in the study site.
