چكيده لاتين :
Industrial and sanitary wastewaters are treated based on chemical and biological methods in Golnaz Vegetable Oil Plant. Previous investigations indicated that average BOD5 in industrial and sanitary effluents were 400mgll and 195mg11 respectively. As the BOD5 standard in effluents is 100mg11, the treatment was clearly insufficient. Therefore an aerated facultative lagoon facility was designed and installed.
After six months of operation, the average BOD5 was found 35mg/l in final effluent which meets the standards and can be used safely for irrigation.
