The Effect of Regional Security on behavioral of regional Security Complexes

امنيت منطقه­ اي كه از جمله مفاهيم محوري مكتب كپنهاگ و مورد تاكيد باري بوزان و الي ويور را تشكيل مي­دهد، مجاورت و وابستگي متقابل امنيتي در خوشه ­هاي منطقه­ اي را بسيار حائز اهميت مي­پندارد. به­ عبارتي ديگر، به دليل اهميت مولفه­ هايي نظير قطبش، ساختار آنارشيك، مرزها، باز بودن و ساخت اجتماعي، الگوي رفتاري مجموعه­ هاي امنيتي در مناطق مختلف و اتخاذ رويه همكاري­ جويانه در ميان خود و مقابله با غير بيش از پيش برجسته گرديده است. بر اين اساس، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخگويي به اين سؤال است كه امنيت منطقه ­اي چه تاثيري بر الگو­هاي رفتاري مناطق و مجموعه­ هاي امنيتي متشكل از آن دارد؟ فرضيه تحقيق اين است كه امنيت منطقه ­اي به دليل تاكيد بر الگوي دوستي- دشمني، بيناذهني بودن امنيت، رژيم­ هاي امنيت، آرايش واحدها و توزيع قدرت ميان آنها منجر به تنظيم رفتار بازيگران در چارچوب مجموعه­ هاي امنيتي منطقه­ اي مي­گردد. اين مقاله با استفاده از روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي و گردآوري اطلاعات به صورت كتابخانه ­اي و منابع اينترنتي به بررسي تاثير امنيت منطقه ­اي بر رفتارشناختي مجموعه ­هاي امنيتي مناطق پرداخته است. اين مقاله به اين نتيجه دست يافته است كه اهميت حفظ امنيت در سطح مناطق از سوي بازيگران و تصور آنان مبني بر دفاع از خود بر مبناي الگوي دوستي و دشمني و همكاري در چارچوب رژيم­ هاي امنيت منجر به شكل­ گيري ذهنيت و عملكرد آنان در قالب مجموعه امنيت منطقه ­اي گرديده است.

Regional security and security complex theory that forms the central concepts of Copenhagen school and Barry Buzan and Weaver, consider the proximity and the interdependence of security in regional clusters very important. In other words, because of the importance of components such as openness, boundaries, anarchic structure, polarity and social construction, meme of security complex in different regions and adopt a solidarity approach among themselves and contrast with others has been prominent more than before. Accordingly, this research seeks to answer this question that what is the effect of regional security and security complex theory on regions meme and its security complex? The research hypothesis is that regional security based on components of intersubjective, power-security equation, defense – security, on one hand and security complex theory based on drawing friendship- enemy pattern, the importance of security regulations, make-up units and the distribution of power among them, on the other hand, drawing meme of security complex in regions. This paper based on descriptive and analytical methods and collecting information from library and Internet resources has checked the concept of regional security and based on the impact of these concepts on regions meme has achieved this result that the importance of security Protection in the Regions from actors and their imagination for self-defense on the basis of friendship and enmity and collaboration in terms of security regimes and finally the formation of mentality and their performance in term of security complex, leads to the application of these concepts.
