تبيين و تدوين الگوي تصميم‌گيري‌هاي راهبردي مالي (عوامل محيطي) در كميتۀ ملي المپيك ج.ا.ا

Response of Late Maturing Hybrids Seed Corn to the Application of Potassium Sulfate under Deficit Irrigation

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبيين و تدوين الگوي تصميم‌گيري‌هاي راهبردي مالي (عوامل محيطي) در كميتۀ ملي المپيك ج.ا.ا. بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي، از نظر شيوۀ گردآوري داده ­ها توصيفي- پيمايشي است و براساس رويكرد تحقيق، آميخته است. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش در دو بخش كيفي و كمي (كليۀ مديران كميتۀ ملي المپيك) (64 نفر) و متخصصان و خبرگان آشنا به تصميم ­هاي راهبردي مالي در كميتۀ ملي المپيك (96) بود. نمونه­ گيري از طريق تكنيك گلوله‌برفي انجام گرفت. به‌صورت كلي، تعداد نمونه برابر با 160 نفر و پرسشنامه ­هاي صحيح بازگردانده‌ شده، 147 مورد بود. به‌منظور آزمون فرضيه‌ها از روش معادلات ساختاري (نرم‌افزار Smart PLS) استفاده شد. از موارد مورد بررسي، چولگي و كشيدگي، بارهاي عاملي، آلفاي كرونباخ، پايايي تركيبي، روايي همگرا (معيارAVE )، روايي واگرا، مقاديرt-values، R Square يا R2، معيار (Q2 (Stone- Geisser Criterion، معيار Redundancyو معيار GOFxci بود. روايي و پايايي ابزار مورد استفاده تأييد شد و نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل اقتصادي، سياسي، فناوري، فرهنگي- اجتماعي و قانوني از عوامل محيطي اساسي مؤثر بر تصميم ­گيري­هاي راهبردي مالي در كميتۀ ملي المپيك جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. اميد است تصميم ­گيران كميتۀ ملي المپيك، با بررسي نتايج پژوهش حاضر و مدنظر قرار دادن عوامل محيطي منفي (تأثير عوامل سياسي بر تصميم­ گيري­ها و...)، تأثيرات منفي آن را كاهش و تأثيرات عوامل محيطي مثبت (تأثير فناوري بر تصميم­ گيري­ها و ...) را افزايش دهند.

The aim of this study was to determine and design the pattern of financial strategic decisions (environmental factors) in National Olympic Committee of I.R.I. This study was application in terms of aims, descriptive – survey in terms of data collection and mixed based on research approach. The population consisted of qualitative and quantity parts (all directors of the National Olympic Committee) (N=64) and experts familiar with financial strategic decisions in the NOC (N=96). Sampling was conducted by snowball techniques (n=160). 147 correct questionnaires were returned. In order to test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling (Smart PLS software) was used. Skewness and kurtosis, the factor loadings, Cronbach alpha, combination reliability, convergent validity (AVE), divergent validity, t values, R Square (R2), Stone-Geisser Criterion (Q2), redundancy criterion and GOFxci criterion were examined. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed. The results showed that economic, political, technological, sociocultural and legal factors were fundamental environmental factors affecting financial strategic decisions in National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is hoped that decision makers in IOC use these findings and pay attention to the negative environmental factors (the effect of political factors on decision makings and…), decrease these negative effects and increase the positive environmental factors (the effect of technology on decision makings and…).
