اهمّيّت، اهداف و مباني جهاد دفاعي از منظر فقه اماميّه

Defensive Holy War, Purposes, Importance and Principles

در عصر حاضر، مسلمانان و سرزمين آنان مورد تهاجم و تاخت و تاز دشمنان اسلام و استكبار جهاني قرار گرفته است. قرآن كريم سلطه‌ي كفار بر مسلمين را نفي كرده، و دفاع در مقابل متجاوز و مهاجم را امري واجب دانسته است. با توجه به وضعيتي كه جهان اسلام در حال حاضر با آن مواجه است، آشنايي مردم مسلمان، به ويژه نسل جوان با فريضه‌ي دفاع و احكام مربوط به آن ضروري است. لذا در اين مقاله بعد از بيان اهمّيّت دفاع، مباني مشروعيّت آن تبيين، و به اهداف آن و اوصاف مدافعان اشاره شده است. اصل دفاع در مقابل متجاوز، امري بديهي، عقلي و فطري بوده و آيات و روايات زيادي بر وجوب آن دلالت دارد. فقهاي اسلام به ويژه اماميّه متّفقند بر اينكه اگر مسلمانان و بلاد اسلامي مورد تهاجم و تجاوز دشمنان قرار گرفت، بر همه‌ي آنان واجب است با هر وسيله‌ي ممكن و با جان و مال خويش از آن دفاع كنند و اين دفاع، مشروط به شرط يا شرايط خاصي نيست.

Nowadays Muslim’s realm has been attacked seriously by enemies, while pagant’s sovereignty over Muslims has been originally disagreed with the holy Quran and they have been divinely commanded to defend themselves against transgressors . Now regarding what runs in Islam world, it is Muslim’s divine duty to be acquainted with Islimic teachings about defense and the matter is more emphasized for the youngs. This paper has paid attention to the importance, the divinity and the goals of defense; meanwhile the states and conditions of defendants are pointed out too. Fighting against transgressors is an obvious, reasonable and natural action that the holy verses of Quran and many authoritative traditions have known it to be a religiously necessary duty. Muslim jurisprudents, specially those of Imamiyeh, have come into an agreement that when being transgressed by enemy, they are all divinely commanded to defend themselves using all their abilities in every possible way. and this defense is not conditioned by any thing at all.
