بررسي ديدگاه مربيان و متخصصان توانبخشي حرفه‌اي در مورد تاثير كارگاه‌هاي حرفه آموزي بر توانبخشي حرفه‌اي افراد كم‌توان ذهني و جسمي

The Perspective of Professional Educators and Reha- bilitators About the Impact of Professional Training Workshops on Professional Rehabilitation of People with Intellectual and Physical Disability

مقدمه: يكي از اقدامات توانبخشي جهت ارتقاء سطح كيفي و كمي زندگي افراد كم‌توان با نيازهاي ويژه، توانبخشي حرفه‌اي است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي ديدگاه مربيان و متخصصان توانبخشي در مورد تاثير كارگاه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌هاي حرفه‌آموزي بر توانبخشي حرفه‌اي افراد كم‌توان ذهني و جسمي بود. روش: جامعه‌ آماري پژوهش را كليه كارشناسان متخصص توانبخشي (38 نفر) و مربيان و كمك‌ مربيان (34 نفر) كه در مراكز حرفه‌آموزي و كارگاه‌هاي حمايتي-توليدي غيردولتي توانبخشي استان كرمان (8 مركز) مشغول خدمت بودند (در مجموع72 نفر)، تشكيل داده است. در اين مطالعه از روش نمونه‌گيري سرشماري استفاده گرديد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه دو قسمتي شامل اطلاعات دموگرافيك و پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته شامل پنج سوال بود. روايي محتواي آزمون توسط نظر ده نفر از كارشناسان مسئول و صاحب نظر در نظارت بر مراكز حرفه‌آموزي افراد كم‌توان با نيازهاي ويژه مورد تاييد قرارگرفت. پايايي آزمون نيز بر اساس آلفاي كرونباخ 0/7 محاسبه شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و تحليلي (آزمون آماري يو من ويتني ) تحليل شد. نتايج: ميانگين نمره نگرش شركت‌كنندگان 37/92، مربيان 38/40 و متخصصان توانبخشي 37/50 بود. نگرش شغلي افراد شركت‌كننده به تاثير كارگاه‌هاي حرفه‌آموزي بر توانبخشي حرفه‌اي افراد كم‌توان ذهني و جسمي مثبت بود. نگرش مربيان با متخصصان توانبخشي تفاوتي نداشت. بين نگرش مربيان و متخصصان در مورد تاثير نوع كارگاه‌هاي حرفه‌آموزي بر ميزان رغبت وعلايق شغلي افراد كم‌توان تفاوت معناداري وجود نداشت. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: متخصصان توانبخشي معتقدند كارگاه‌هاي حرفه‌آموزي با علايق و رغبت‌هاي شغلي تناسب زيادي دارد و از دلايل آن مي‌تواند اين باشد كه اين كارگاه‌ها با توجه به نظر ارزشيابان حرفه‌اي، مربيان، متخصصان، نياز بازار بومي و همچنين رغبت‌هاي افراد كم‌توان با نيازهاي ويژه راه‌اندازي شده است

Introduction: Vocational rehabilitation is one of rehabilitation actions for improving the quality and quantity of life of people with special needs. The purpose of this study is evaluation the ideas of rehabilitation experts and educators about the impact of professional training workshops on vocational rehabilitation of persons with physical and mental disability. Methodology: The population consist of all rehabilitation experts (38) and help coaches and trainers (34) in vocational training centers and NGO support rehabilitation workshops in Kerman (8 units) are in the service (in total 72 people). Census method was used in this study. The Research Tools consist of a Two-part questionnaire includes demographic information and a questionnaire includes five questions. Content validity was confirmed by ten experts and supervisors in professional training centers for disabled persons with special needs. The Reliability was calculated by Cranach’s alpha (7.0). Data were analyzed by descriptive and analytical statistics (u Mann-Whitney test). Results: The Average scores of the participants was 37/92 and The Average scores of educators 38/40 and the Average scores of rehabilitation expert’s attitude was 37/50. Participants Job attitude in the workshops were positive about the impact of professional training workshops on vocational rehabilitation for people with mental and physical disability. There was no difference Between Attitude of rehabilitation experts and educators. There was no statistically difference Between Attitudes of educators and experts about the impact of professional training workshops on job Trends rate in people with disability. Conclusions: Vocational rehabilitation experts believe that the workshops have a lot proportions with job Trends. Perhaps the reason for this issue is that the workshops have been launched According to the Professional assessors, trainers and experts and Local market needs and trends of disable people with special needs
