جهان اسلام و آيين پروتستان بررسي رويكرد بعضي از انديشوران ايراني به تحولات پروتستاني قرن شانزدهم

نهضت اصلاحات پروتستاني، جنبشي عظيم بود كه تأثير فراواني بر همه ساحت‌هاي نظري و عملي مغرب‌زمين گذاشت. لذا بعضي از متفكران جهان اسلام با ملاحظه مشكلات عديده جهان اسلام، چاره كار را نوعي اصلاح از سنخ اصلاحات پروتستاني دانستند. در نتيجه نگاهي همدلانه و گاه توأم با شيفتگي به آن داشتند؛ اما با بررسي دقيق‌تر اين تحول بزرگ در جهان مسيحي مي‌توان گفت اين گرته‌برداري، نوعي ساده‌انديشي و سطحي‌نگري در اين موضوع است. چون اصلاحات پروتستاني، اولاً، آنچنان مترقي، آزادمنشانه و يكسره برخوردار از عناصر مثبت و سازنده نبوده، و ثانياً اين نسخه نمي‌تواند عيناً درباره جهان اسلام صدق كند كه تا حدي به دليل تفاوت در مباني كلامي و الاهياتي خاص اسلام است. در قمست انتهايي مقاله، رويكرد منفي‌نگرانه به اصلاحات ديني، كه آن را عامل استبداد ديني معرفي كرده، نقد شده است.

The Protestant Reformation was a great movement that had a great impact on all theoretical and practical spheres of the West. Similarly, some thinkers of the Islamic world, considering the many problems of the Islamic world, considered the solution as a reformation and reform of the type of Protestant reform and so, they have a sympathetic look and sometimes a fascination with it, but by examining more precisely this great transformation in the Christian world, in fact, we find it is a kind of simple thinking and superficiality on this subject The reason for this is that the Protestant reformation is not so progressive and free of some charges, as it were, and secondly, it cannot apply equally to the Islamic world, partly because of the difference in the theological foundations of Islam. At the end of the article, a critique of the negative approach to religious reform introduced as a cause for religious tyranny has been presented.
