Brics Unfinished Coalition and Its Relationship with the Islamic Republic of Iran

اقتصاد جهاني در حال تغيير پارادايم از پارامترهاي تحت سلطه غرب به سمت چندقطبي شدن است. قدرت هاي نوظهور اقتصادي در قاره هاي مختلف به طور خاص در اين مسير حركت مي كنند كه گروه بريكس نماد اين رويكرد است. در واقع توسعه مهم ترين دغدغه كشورهاي به اصطلاح جنوب و از اصلي ترين معماهاي روابط بين الملل در نيم قرن اخير بوده و هنگامي كه با تلاش كشورهاي غيرغربي نيز همراه باشد پيچيدگي فهم اين مناسبات را دوچندان مي نمايد. در اين راستا به نظر مي رسد ايران به منظور استفاده از منابع و ظرفيت هاي خود به ارائه تعريفي نو از مناسبات خود بر اساس معيارهاي ارزشي - ايدئولوژيك تقابلي با جهان غرب و نيز در جهت تامين منافع ملي خويش ارتباط و تعامل با نهاد و سازماني همچون بريكس را مورد توجه قرار داده است. اين مقاله درصدد است تا با بهره گيري از منابع كم شمار تحليلي، ضمن تعريف ماهيت، اهداف و چالش هاي فراروي بريكس به نقش و تاثير اين گروه فراملي در عرصه نظام بين الملل و نحوه تعامل آنها با يكديگر و ساير دولت ـ ملت ها بپردازد.
