فرهنگ شفاهي ايران‌زمين از فرهنگ‌هاي اقوام و گروه‌هاي اجتماعي آن تشكيل شده است. اين فرهنگ غني، براي انسان از زادن تا مردن حرف دارد. در اين بين، فرهنگ و ادبيات مردم جيرفت كه در اين گسترۀ جغرافيايي داراي ويژگي‌ها و مختصات خاص خود است؛ مورد توجه اين نوشتار است. در پژوهش حاضر، به ضرب‌المثل‌ها كه جزئي از اين ادبيات شفاهي هستند به صورت كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني پرداخته شده است. در اين تحقيق، ادبيات شفاهي ضرب‌المثل به دو نوع تقسيم مي‌شود: در واژگان نوع اول؛ قلب، ابدال، حذف و اضافه صورت مي‌گيرد و براي فارسي‌زبانان تاحدي قابل فهم است و مي‌شود گفت كه اين نوع ضرب‌المثل‌ها وارداتي هستند و از افكار و اشعار شاعران، به‌ويژه حافظ وسعدي متأثر شده‌اند كه به دليل همين وارداتي بودن به چند نوع مختصر از آن‌ها اكتفا شده است؛ اما در نوع دوم ضرب‌المثل‌ها به خاطر به كارگيري واژگان واصطلاحات غليظ محلي و اسباب و وسايل معيشتي ولوازم كشاورزي، مي‌توان ادعا كردكه مختص اين منطقه بوده، براي ديگر گويش‌ها غيرقابل فهم‌اند. به دليل همين مختص‌بودن، قسمت اعظم اين تحقيق بر روي نوع دوم است. در اين گونه از ضرب‌المثل‌ها، مضاميني مثل روي‌گرداني از معشوق، تهديد، پند و نصيحت؛ طنز و تمسخر مشاهده مي‌شود كه بيانگر فرهنگ و نوع زندگي و آداب و رسوم آنان است. در اين جستار به آوانويسي، ترجمه، تقسيم بندي و زمينۀ كاربرد ضرب‌المثل‌ها نيز پرداخته شده است.

Iranian oral culture has been formed of ethnic cultures and social groups. This rich culture expresses the words from birth to death of human. The culture and literature of people in Jiroft are considered in this article in which its own characteristics are focused. The present study of proverbs which is a part of the oral literature studied in a library process. The study is divided into two types of oral literature including: the first kind of words such as the combination, shifting, deletion, and addition; and it is understandable to some extent for the Persian speakers and it is known as imported proverbs which is influenced by poems of Persian poets especially Hafiz and Saadi; due to the type, Several of them have been studied briefly. But the second kind of proverbs regarding the local severe accent refers to the life accessories, agricultural equipment and the terms are specific to this region. Thus, it is incomprehensible for other dialects. Because of the uniqueness of this type, our research focused on the second type. The themes of the second type of proverbs include the handling of the beloved, threats, advice, humor and tease in representation of their culture, tradition, and Customs. We transcribe, translate, and divide the use of these proverbs.
