پهنه‌بندي فضايي امنيت با تأكيد بر كاربري اراضي شهري (موردمطالعه: محلات شهر كاشان)

Spatial zonation of urban security with emphasis on urban land use Case study of neighborhoods of Kashan

يكي از مهم‌ترين عوامل مؤثر بر امنيت شهرها كاربري‌هاي اراضي شهري است كه به‌عنوان سلول‌هاي تشكيل‌دهندة بافت شهري، شعاع اثر متفاوتي ازنظر محيطي و مكاني بر امنيت و ناامني شهر مي‌گذارند. هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي پهنه‌هاي امن و ناامن فضاي شهر كاشان است كه با انتخاب ده شاخص از ميان كاربري‌هاي زمين شهري كه از ادبيات پژوهش مستخرج شده‌اند، با روش پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي و استفاده از سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي به پهنه‌بندي 87 محله شهر كاشان ازنظر امنيت پرداخته مي‌شود. با توجه به نظر كارشناسان كاربري انتظامي با وزن (0٫33) ، فاصله از مخروبه‌ها و اراضي متروك با وزن (0٫21) و دسترسي سريع و آزاد به معابر اصلي و شريان‌هاي حياتي با وزن (0٫1) بيشترين اثر را در ميان كاربري‌ها در فرايند پهنه‌بندي امنيت شهر دارا مي‌باشند. نتايج پژوهش نقشه پهنه‌بندي نهايي امنيت شهري است كه نشان مي‌دهد محلات روستاشهري بدترين و محلات نوساز و بافت جديد مطلوب‌ترين وضعيت را ازنظر امنيت شهري دارا هستند. هم‌چنين به‌طور نسبي (40%) شهر كاشان در وضعيت امن و فرا امن، (17%) در وضعيت امنيت متعادل و (43%) در وضعيت ناامن و فرو امن قرار دارد و در پايان پژوهش، راهكارهاي لازم براي تأمين امنيت در محلات فرو امن و ناامن ارائه مي‌گردد.

One of the most important factors affecting the security of cities is the use of urban landscapes, which as components of urban design, has a various environmental and spatial effects on the security and insecurity of the city. The purpose of this research was to identify the safe and unsafe areas of Kashan city space by selecting 10 indicators among urban land use applications that were selected from the literature of research. Using descriptive-analytic research method and using GIS, the zonation of 87 districts of kashan city is considered in terms of security. According to the opinion of law enforcement experts with a weight of 0.33, distance from ruined and abandoned lands with a weight of 0.21, and fast and free access to main passages with a weight of 0.1, the most effect among the applications in the zoning process has the security of the city. The results of the research are the final zoning of urban security, which shows that the villages which are located between rural and urban zones are in the worst conditions, whereas newly constructed districts and the new areas have the most favorable conditions for urban security. Also, 40% of the city of Kashan is in a safe and secure state, 17% in a balanced situation and 43% in unsafe condition and the research, provides implicatioons to ensure security in insecure and precarious neighborhoods.
