تحليل وضعيت انتصاب و عملكرد دانش آموختگان تربيت بدني در پست هاي مديريتي ورزش كشور در دولت هاي نهم و دهم

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش تحليل وضعيت انتصاب و عملكرد دانش آموختگان تربيت بدني در پست هاي مديريتي ورزش كشور در دولت هاي نهم و دهم بود. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي و از نظر هدف كاربردي مي باشد. در اين پژوهش براي جمع آوري داده ها از مصاحبه (به روش دلفي) و پرسشنامه استفاده شد. در اين پژوهش براي قابليت روايي پرسشنامه با اساتيد و خبرگان مشورت و جهت تعيين پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ ضريب 0/84 به دست آمد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه مديران وزارت ورزش، مديران كل تربيت بدني استان ها، مربيان و ورزشكاران بودند. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمون هاي كلموگروف اسميرنف، تي تك نمونه و فريدمن استفاده گرديد. در اين پژوهش ويژگي هاي فردي دانش آموختگان جهت انتصاب پست هاي مديريتي كشور بدست آمد و همچنين مشخص شد مهارت هاي فني و انساني در دانش آموختگان تربيت بدني در پست هاي مديريتي ورزش كشور در دولت نهم و دهم مورد تاييد بوده و از طرفي دانش آموختگان فاقد مهارت اداركي بوده اند. همچنين مولفه هاي تحصيلات، توان فيزيكي و توان ذهني كه از عوامل مربوط به توانايي هاي دانش آموختگان مي باشد، مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و از طرفي عامل تجربيات مورد تاييد قرار نگرفت.

The research method is analytical and the practical purpose. In this study, to collect data from interviews (Delphi) questionnaires were used. In this study, the validity of professors and experts consulted to determine reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 84/0. The statistical population consists of all the directors of the Research Department of physical education, sports administrators and coaches and athletes of the province in connection with the field of study, service administrators receive, in total, according to statistics that were 250 people who identified as all the myriad of they were sampling To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t-test and Friedman's analysis of variance was used. In this study, individual characteristics of the graduates for appointment of managerial post came as the country was characterized by technical and human skills of graduates of physical education in the country in the State sports administration posts ninth and tenth had been confirmed and recent graduates lack the skills have been Perceptual. Also, the component of education, physical and mental, that can be of factors related to the abilities of graduates was confirmed, and the experiences of the agent were confirmed.
