چكيده فارسي :
اقتصاد مقاومتي به‌عنوان يك اصل از طرف مقام معظم رهبري مطرح و در محافل و سخنراني‌هاي مختلفي از آن يادشده است. اين تحقيق به‌وسيله‌ي پرسشنامه و با هدف بررسي پياده‌سازي و اجراي اقتصاد مقاومتي در سازمانهاي دريايي كشور انجام شده است. شاخص‌هاي پرسشنامه بر اساس شاخص‌هاي مطرح شده از طرف معاونت علمي و فن‌آوري رياست جمهوري بوده است. 33 شاخص پرسشنامه در قالب هفت رويكرد جهادي، انعطاف‌پذيري، فرصت‌سازي، مولد، درون‌زا، پيشرو و برون‌گرا مطرح‌شده است. روايي پرسشنامه از روش محتوا (سازه) مورد تائيد قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه در مطالعه مقدماتي داراي پايايي با ضريب 0/958 بود. بر اساس جدول مورگان حداقل اندازه نمونه برابر 274 نفر است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه در اداره كل بنادر و دريانوردي استان هرمزگان، رويكردهاي جهادي، درون‌زا، برون‌گرا، انعطاف‌پذيري، فرصت‌سازي، مولد و پيشرو به عنوان رويكردهاي مطرح در اقتصادي مقاومتي، تابه‌حال به‌صورت مؤثر و كارا، پياده‌سازي و اجرا نشده است. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده، جهت اجرا و پياده‌سازي مناسب اقتصاد مقاومتي در سازمانهاي دريايي كشور مي‌توان پيشنهاد‌هايي ارائه داد كه عبارت‌اند از: مشوق‌هاي سازماني براي اجراكنندگان طرح اقتصاد مقاومتي در نظر گرفته شود، نظام مالي سازمان همگام با طرح اقتصاد مقاومتي اصلاح گردد، زمينه‌هاي مبادلات علمي با كشورهاي همسايه ايجاد شود، ديپلماسي‌هاي لازم جهت حمايت از اقتصاد مقاومتي انجام شود، خدمات متنوع‌تري به مشتريان خارجي ارائه شود، مزايايي اقتصاد مقاومتي به‌صورت واضح و روشن براي كاركنان سازمان تبيين شود، برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي لازم براي پساتحريم در نظر گرفته شود و مديريت مخاطرات اقتصادي در شرايط بحراني به صورت هدفمند فعاليت داشته باشد.

The study was conducted by questionnaire and the aim is evaluate the implementation of resistive economy in Port and Maritime organizations.
