تدوين نظامنامه اخلاقي مسئولين تربيتبدني دانشگاههاي پيام نور كشور

Definition of sports culture and its components regarding to experts, athletes and sport authorities opinions in Iran

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تدوين نظام نامه اخلاقي مسئولين تربيت بدني دانشگاه­ هاي پيام نور كشور است. جامعه آماري تحقيق را تمامي مسئولين تربيت بدني استانها و نيز مديران اداره كل تربيت بدني دانشگاه پيام نور كشور تشكيل داده اند كه نمونه آماري برابر با جامعه آماري و به تعداد 35 نفر مي باشد. ابزار اندازه گيري پرسشنامه 29 سوالي محقق ساخته با 5 عامل مسئوليت پذيري، عدالت، صداقت، نگرش حرفه اي و احترام بود. روايي پرسشنامه توسط 10 نفر از اساتيد مديريت ورزشي تاييد شد. پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ 0/87 بدست آمد... به منظور تجزيه و تحليل آماري داده ها از شاخص هاي توصيفي همچون ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد و توزيع هاي فراواني و درصدي استفاده شد. براي بررسي وضعيت سوالات، عامل ها و مفهوم از آزمون t تك نمونه اي و همچنين براي الويت بندي سوالات و عامل ها از آزمون فريدمن و براي مقايسه سوالات ، عامل ها و مفهوم نظام نامه اخلاقي از آزمون هاي t مستقل و تحليل واريانس استفاده شد. از نرم افزار SPSS22 و نيز PLS جهت تحليل عاملي به شيوه معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده گويه ­هاي همه ابعاد مفهوم نظام اخلاقي در سطح اطمينان 95% معنادار شده اند و در اندازه ­گيري سازه هاي خود سهم معناداري را ايفا كرده اند و از ميان ابعاد عوامل موثر بر تدوين نظام اخلاقي به ترتيب ابعاد نگرش حرفه­اي، عدالت و مسئوليت پذيري بالاترين الويت را داشتند.

Based on the results of all the dimensions of the concept of moral system in the 95% confidence level are meaningful and the size of their share of structure fitted up to have played a significant Among the factors affecting the ethical dimensions of the codification system to arrange the dimensions of professional attitude, justice and accountability is the highest priority.
