ترجمه و بررسي روايي و پايايي نسخهٔ فارسي آزمون سنجش نگرش ارتباطي ويژهٔ كودكان پيش‌دبستاني داراي لكنت

Translation and Investigation of the Validity and Reliability of the Persian Version of Communication Attitude Test for Preschool Children Who Stutter

هدف: به‌منظور ارزيابي نگرش ارتباطي كودكان پيش‌دبستاني، استفاده از ابزارهاي پايا و متناسب با اهداف، به‌خوبي احساس مي‌شود. يكي از ابزار‌هاي معتبرتر براي سنجش نگرش ارتباطي كودكان، آزمونKiddy CAT است. هدف اين مطالعه تهيهٔ نسخهٔ فارسي و بررسي روايي و پايايي اين آزمون بود. روش‌بررسي: اين پژوهش بر روي 30 كودك لكنتي 3 تا 6 سال انجام شد. بعد از ترجمه و معادل‌سازي آزمون به زبان فارسي، روايي محتوايي و صوري اين آزمون بر‌اساس نظر صاحب‌نظران مشخص شد. همچنين به‌منظور بررسي پايايي آزمون، از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: يافته‌‌ها نشان دادند كه تمام سؤالات موجود در آزمون، ترجمهٔ آسان و كيفيت مطلوب داشتند. تحليل داده‌هاي موجود نشان داد كه نسخهٔ فارسي آزمون براي سنجش نگرش ارتباطي در كودكان پيش‌دبستاني مبتلا به لكنت، داراي روايي مقبول است. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي كل آزمون (0٫001>P، 0٫83=&alpha)، به دست آمد كه نشان از سطح مطلوب ثبات دروني است. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج حاصل از تحقيق حاضر، بيانگر اين بود كه نسخهٔ فارسي و معادل‌سازي‌شده براي آزمون نگرش ارتباطي، از روايي و پايايي مطلوبي براي كودكان فارسي‌زبان برخوردار است.

Objective: In order to evaluate the communication attitude of preschool children, we need a standard and reliable instrument appropriate to the goals. One of the most reliable tools for measuring communicative attitude of children is the KiddyCAT test. The purpose of the present study was to translate this test into Persian and investigation of its validity and reliability. Methods: The study was conducted on 30 stuttering children between the ages of 3-6 years. After the translation and equivalence of the test into the Persian language, content and face validity of the test were determined by experts. Also, in order to investigate the test reliability, Cronbach alpha coefficient was used. Results : Results showed that the all the questions in the test had easy translation with appropriate quality. The data analysis indicated that the Persian version of the test has an accepted validity for assessment of the communication attitude in preschool children who stutter. The Cronbach alpha coefficient for the total test was 0. 83 (P<0.001), which indicates desirable levels of internal consistency. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the equivalent Persian version for the communication attitude test has high validity and reliability for Persian language-children.
