چكيده فارسي :
اسلام به عنوان مكتبي جامع و مشتمل برآموزه‌هاي فرازماني و فرامكاني به مبحث سياست خارجي به عنوان موضوعي مهم و اساسي توجه دارد. تبيين الگوهاي رفتاري اسلام به طور عام و موضوع سياست خارجي به طور خاص در عالي‌ترين شكل آن در آموزه‌هاي قرآن كريم و سيره پيامبر گرامي اسلام تجلي دارد كه اين دو منبع ارزشمند مبناي تحليل و تبيين در مقاله حاضر خواهند بود. بر اين اساس و با توجه به چارچوب مفهومي طراحي شده، اهداف سياست خارجي اسلام نظيرتشكيل نظام توحيدي در جهان، اقامه قسط و عدالت، ابلاغ دين و رساندن آيات الهي، نفي سلطه و دفاع از مظلومان و ... مبتني بر يك سلسله بنيان‌ها و زيربناهاي نظري برگرفته از آيات شريف قرآن شكل گرفت. به منظور دستيابي به اين اهداف، دولت اسلامي پيامبر(ص) ساز و كار‌هاي متعدد سياسي، ديپلماسي، اقتصادي، تبليغاتي و دفاعي را با لحاظ كردن منابع قدرت در سياست خارجي و شرايط محيطي عصر ظهور اسلام مورد بهره برداري قرار دادند كه تأمل و دقت در آن نشان مي‌دهد دولت نبوي و شخص رسول مكرم اسلام به رغم مشكلات طاقت‌فرسا و چالش‌هاي فراروي موجود در جزيره العرب و خارج از آن توانست با در نظر داشتن رابطه دو مقوله هدف و ساز و كار‌هاي سياست خارجي و به كارگيري الگوهاي رفتاري شايسته در اين حوزه، اسلام را به فراسوي مرزهاي عربستان گسترش داده و تمدن بزرگ اسلامي را پايه‌گذاري نمايند.

Islam, as a comprehensive school of thought with teachings beyond time and place, pays a great deal of attention to foreign policy. Elucidations of Islamic moral patterns, in general, and foreign policy, specifically, have been highly manifested in Quran and the traditions of holy Prophet. These two invaluable resources are the basis of this paper. It is, therefore, that establishing monotheism system in the world, meting out justice, notifying the religion and sending divine verses, avoiding dominancy and yielding the oppressed, as the aims of foreign policy in Islam, are based on series of theoretical principles and fundamentals extracted from Quran. In order for accomplishing these ends, political, diplomatic, economical, defensive, and propagandistic tactics with respect to sources of powers in foreign policy and prevailing conditions of the time had been noticed in the Islamic government of holy Prophet. In the face of unendurable problems and challenges in and out of Arabian Peninsula, holy Prophet could, considering the aims and mechanism of foreign policy and applying appropriate conduct, spread Islam outside the border of Saudi Arabia and set up the great civilization of Islam.
