بررسي امنيت پايدار در شهر مرزي سردشت از ديدگاه كارشناسان امنيتي

Perspectives on security in the border town of Sardasht from the perspective of security experts

زمينه و هدف: مفهوم امنيت پايدار در سالهاي اخير اهميت چشمگيري پيدا كرده است. از آنجا كه مناطق مرزي به دليل دوري از مركز و پيوند با مرزهاي مجاور با آسيب پذيري و تهديدهاي مختلف رو به رو هستند، امنيت در آنها اهميت بيشتري دارد. هدف پژوهش، رتبه بندي ابعاد و مؤلفه ها موثر بر امنيت پايدار در شهر مرزي سردشت است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت توصيفي-تحليلي است. گردآوري اطلاعات آن به روش اسنادي و ميداني(پرسشنامه) بهره گرفته شده است. در اين تحقيق براي افزايش روايي آن، از اعتبار صوري استفاده‌شده است. حجم نمونه به تعداد30 نفر مي باشد. كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري گلوله برفي تعيين شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار Spss و مدل پرسكات آلن استفاده گرديده است. يافته ها و نتايج: پژوهش نشان داد كه مؤلفه «افزايش سطح تحصيلات» و «تقويت همبستگي‌ها يا پيوندهاي دروني(قومي، مذهبي)» با وزن نسبي 14/0 رتبه اول و ابعاد «عملكرد رسانه» و «عملكرد نهادها» با در بر گرفتن شش مولفه و مجموع وزن نسبي 1296/0 ، مهمترين ابعاد تاثيرگذار در پايداري امنيت شهرسردشت هستند. همچنين هيچ كدام از ابعاد موثر بر امنيت پايدار سردشت در وضعيت پايداري قرار ندارند.

Background and Objective: The concept of sustainable security has become very important in recent years. As the border areas are exposed to various vulnerabilities and threats due to distance from the center and the adjacent borders, security is even more important. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the dimensions and components affecting sustainable security in the border town of Sardasht.Method: The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical nature. Data gathering was done using documentary and field method (questionnaire). In this research, formal credibility has been used to increase its validity. The sample size is 30 people. Which is determined using snowball sampling method. For analysis of data, SPSS software and Allen Prescott model have been used.Findings and results: The research showed that the component of raising the level of education and strengthening the correlations or inner ties (ethnic, religious) with a relative weight of 14/0 ranked first and the dimensions of media performance and performance of institutions in On the basis of the six components and the total weight of the relative weight of 1296/0, the most important dimensions affect the security of the city. Also, none of the dimensions affecting Sardasht's sustainable security is in a sustainable situation.
