سنجش آمادگي اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه بيرجند براي پذيرش مديريت دانش بر مبناي الگوي فراگرد اتخاذ يكپارچه

The Assessment of Birjand University’s Faculty Members Readiness to Adopt the Process of Knowledge Management Based on the Integrated Process Adaption Model

هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش آمادگي اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه بيرجند براي پذيرش فرايند مديريت دانش بر اساس الگوي اتخاذ فراگرد يكپارچه بود. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و به روش پيمايشي انجام شده است. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد كه روايي آن را متخصصان و صاحب نظران تأييد كردند وبراي تعيين پايايي آن از آلفاي كرونباخ (0/925) استفاده شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش، همه اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه بيرجند بودند. نمونه‌گيري به روش تصادفي طبقه‌اي غير نسبتي انجام گرفت كه بر اين اساس حجم نمونه 160 نفر انتخاب شد. نتايج نشان داد ميانگين كلي ميزان آمادگي اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه بيرجند براي پذيرش فرايند مديريت دانش بر اساس الگوي فراگرد اتخاذ يكپارچه بيشتر از حد متوسط (61%)، اما كمتر از حد مطلوب (80%) بود. يافته‌ها نشان داد ميزان آمادگي جامعه پژوهش براي پذيرش فرايند مذكور بر اساس هر كدام از مؤلفه‌هاي پنج‌گانه الگوي پژوهش با حد مطلوب تفاوت داشته و پايين‌تر از آن بود. بين تمايل اعضاي هيئت علمي براي پذيرش با آمادگي به طور كلي (تركيب مؤلفه‌هاي پنج‌گانه) و هر كدام از مؤلفه‌ها به‌جز «ساختار سازماني» رابطه وجود داشت. ميزان نقش تمايل در آمادگي براي پذيرش مديريت دانش نيز 35 درصد پيش‌بيني شد.

The aim of this study is to assess the readiness of faculty members of Birjand University to adopt the process of knowledge management based on the integrated process adoption pattern.The study is a survey method and the data gathering tool was a questionnaire made by the researcher. Validity of the questionnaire was gained using the views of experts and professors and for reliability, Cronbach's alpha test (0/925) was used. The population investigated included all faculty members of Birjand University. According to non- proportional stratified sampling method, the number of selected people for sampling was 160. The overall readiness of Birjand University faculty members has been assessed as more than moderate (61%) and suboptimal (80%) based on the integrated process adoption pattern. Results showed that the readiness of faculty members of University of Birjand to adopt knowledge management process based on the components of the model was significantly different and lower than the desired level. The level of readiness was significantly different among faculty members in various subjects. Overall, there is a meaningful positive correlation between all factors of readiness and willingness of faculty members of Birjand University except for the structure factor in the former variable, considering separately.
