ارزيابي عملكرد دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي مبتني بر چهارچوب تعالي و بالندگي سازماني مورد مطالعه: يكي از دانشگاه‌هاي افسري

Evaluating the Performance of Military Universities Based on the Excellence Framework and Organizational Development A Case study

اين تحقيق باهدف ارزيابي عملكرد دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي مبتني بر چهارچوب تعالي و بالندگي سازماني صورت پذيرفته است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف از نوع تحقيقات توسعه‌اي- كاربردي و ازنظر روش، توصيفي- پيمايشي است. داده‌هاي لازم با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوري و با استفاده از آزمون‌ T تك نمونه‌اي و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون تجزيه ‌و تحليل شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق تعداد 125 نفر از دانشجويان، مديران و فرماندهان هستند كه با روش نمونه‌گيري غير احتمالي هدفمند غير نسبتي در دسترس، انتخاب شدند. يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه عملكرد كلي دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي با ميانگين 2/7296 و همچنين وضعيت حوزه توانمندسازها و نتايج با ميانگين‌هاي 2/7080 و 2/7512 با وضعيت مطلوب فاصله ‌دارند و بين دو حوزه اين نظام؛ حوزه توانمندسازها و نتايج، همبستگي مثبت برابر با 425/. وجود دارد. لذا با توجه به همبستگي مثبت بين حوزه توانمند‌سازها و نتايج، مي‌توان انتظار داشت با اصلاح و بهبود حوزه توانمندسازها، حوزه نتايج به‌مرور بهبود يابد.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of military universities, based on the excellence and organizational development, through an applied, survey and correlational research. The research population includes educational experts, commanders of the line troops stationed in Tehran and learners during longitudinal and transverse military courses, who were selected by non-probability sampling method Accordingly, 125 individuals were selected .Required data were collected by questionnaires and by using content analysis and they were analyzed by means of inferential statistical tests (correlation coefficient, the mean of a population). The findings show that the performance of military universities with themean 2/7296 and the empowerment with the mean 2/7080 and the results with the mean 2/7512 are far from the desired status and there is a correlation of 0/425 between these two.The results showed that the performance of military universities in general and the empowerment and the results domain are weak and there is a correlation between these two .Therefore, we can expect that, by improving the empowerment domain, the results may improve as well.
