سنجش توسعه يافتگي نواحي روستايي مرزي (مورد مطالعه: دهستان هاي شهرستان مريوان)

زمينه و هدف: نابرابري در توزيع متعادل منافع از حاصل توسعه موجب برهم خوردن تعادل بين منطقه اي و در نتيجه بروز معضلاتي در نواحي روستايي مرزي شده و امنيت پايدار اين مناطق را به مخاطره مي اندازد. پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد سطح توسعه يافتگي دهستان هاي شهرستان مرزي مريوان را مورد ارزيابي و سنجش قرار دهد. روش: تحقيق حاضر به لحاظ هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ روش اجرا، پيمايشي است. به منظور سنجش سطح توسعه يافتگي دهستان هاي شهرستان مرزي مريوان با توجه به اهميت شاخص ها و محدوديت دسترسي به آنها، نُه شاخص در ابعاد اقتصادي، اجتماعي و كالبدي، مبناي ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از تكنيك تاپسيس استفاده شد. وزن دهي معيارها توسط قضاوت شفاهي كارشناسان در مدل سلسله مراتبي AHP و نرم افزارExpert Choice انجام و در نهايت به منظور آزمون ارتباط و تفاوت بين داده ها از ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن و آزمون تحليل واريانس يكطرفه در نرم افزار spss بهره گرفته شد. يافته ها و نتايج: پژوهش نشان دهنده وجود تفاوت معنادار در سطح توسعه يافتگي دهستانهاي مريوان است، به طوري كه از 6 دهستان، يك دهستان در سطح برخوردار، دو دهستان در سطح نيمه برخوردار و سه دهستان در سطح فرو برخوردار يا محروم جاي مي گيرند. همچنين تفاوت سطح توسعه يافتگي روستاها را مي توان براساس نظريه مركز پيرامون تبيين نمود چراكه دهستان هاي نزديكتر به مركز، داراي سطح توسعه يافتگي بالاتري هستند.

Background and Purpose: Inequalities in the distribution of resources resulted from development has disturbed the balance between the inter- regional , and consequently cross-border rural problems and causes some problems for stable security of these regions. The present study intends to evaluate the level of development of rural areas in the border city of Marivan.Method: the current study is practical based on its purpose and a survey based on its administration.In Order to assess the level of development of the rural Districtin the border city of Marivan regarding the importance of Indicators access to them nine indicators of economic, social and physical basis were assessed. For analyzing the information Topsis technique was used. Weighting the criteria were done through oral judgment of experts in the hierarchical model AHP and Expert Choice software.Finally to test the difference and correlation between data, Spearman correlation coefficients and one-way anova test in spss software was used.Results and findings: The results of the study showed a significant differences in the level of district development of the rural district in the border city of Marivan in which 1 district out of 6 districts has complete profiting level, two districts are the middle profiting and three districts are low level of profiting. The difference in the level of development of the villages can be explained based on center-periphery theory since the districts close to the center have high levels of development.
