Study of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli’s figh al_hadith bases, focusing on the Tasnim Commentary

آشنايي با مباني فقه ­الحديث، جهت شناخت حقايق و مقاصد مطرح در روايات ضروري است. مفسران نيز همچون متكلمان، محدثان و فقيهان نيازمند به كارگيري اين مباني هستند. ايشان با استناد به همين مباني، مقصود روايات تفسيري را كشف، و از آن در تبيين كلام خداوند سود مي برند. پراكندگي مباحث حديثي در تفسير، فرعي بودن مباحث حديث نسبت به مباحث تفسيري و پرهيز از مباحث نظري صرف، آگاهي از مباني فقه­الحديثي مفسران و قضاوت درباره آن را دشوار نموده است. پژوهش پيش رو با روش توصيفي- تحليلي مي­كوشد تا به استخراج، تبويب و تحليل مباني فقه­الحديثي جوادي آملي دست يازد. بر اساس نتيجه حاصل از اين پژوهش، مهم­ترين مباني فقه ­الحديثي ايشان عبارتند از پذيرش نظام چند معنايي روايات، وضع لفظ براي روح معنا، اصالت استعمال الفاظ روايات در معناي حقيقي و توجه به اجتهاد بر اساس روايات. نتيجه اين پژوهش در حوزه مطالعات روش ­شناسي تفسير و نيز مطالعات بنيادين علوم حديث به ويژه فقه ­الحديث كاربرد آشكار دارد.

Awareness of reliable bases of fiqh al-Hadith in order to recognize of significant meanings and purposes of religious tradition is necessary. Exegetists like theologians, scholars of the Hadith and Religious jurisprudence need to apply these bases. They comprehend with the reference of these bases, the intention of interpretative narratives and use them in Interpretation of the Holy Quran. Dispersal of hadith contents in commentary, being a subsidiary of hadith Contents compared to interpretive contents and avoiding purely theoretical issues, making it difficult to comprehend and adjudicate from exegetists' figh al_Hadith bases. The current research endeavors to achieve the extraction, discern and analyzation of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli's figh al_Hadith bases through the descriptive and analytic method. According to the result of this research, the most important of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli's figh al_hadith bases includes of acceptance of multistate system of narrations, setting the word for the main essence, the authenticity of the use of the words of the narrations in the unfeigned sense and Attention to jurisprudence based on narrations.
