An Overview of the Concepts Earthquake and Applications of Seismic Risk Analysis and the Introduction of Methodology PSHA and DSHA

در مناطق بسياري از جهان خطر زلزله براي فعاليت هاي بشر عاملي كافي جهت توجه دقيق در طراحي سازه ها و تاسيسات مي باشد. تحليل خطر زمين لرزه به تخمين كمي خطرات لرزش زمين در يك محل خاص مربوط مي شود. خطرات لرزه اي در شرايطي كه زلزله مشخصي مدنظر باشد، بصورت تعييني و در شرايطي كه اندازه، زمان و مكان زلزله قطعي نباشد به صورت احتمالي بررسي ميشود. در روش تعييني ميزان بزرگي توليد شده و فاصله گسيختگي از سايت بطور دقيق و قطعي مشخص مي باشد و خطرات ناشي از يك زلزله مشخص مورد بررسي قرار ميگيرد ولي در روش احتمالي ما حدود را در نظر مي گيريم. در تحليل ريسك عوامل مختلف از جمله فاصله از چشمه وقوع زلزله، بزرگي زلزله، نوع خاك و ... تركيب شده و در نهايت يك پارامتر طراحي را ارائه مي دهد. هدف از اين مقاله با توجه به كمبود منابع فارسي و لزوم بررسي نكات و توضيحات مهم و اساسي در اين موضوع براي مهندسان و دانشجويان، مروري بر كليات تحليل خطر لرزه اي و بررسي روش هاي آن مي باشد.

In many parts of the world, the earthquake hazard for human activities is a factor for the careful consideration of the design of structures and facilities. An earthquake hazard analysis is considered as a quantitative estimate of the risks of earthquakes in a particular location. When a specific earthquake is investigated, a deterministic hazard analysis is used; however, a probabilistic hazard analysis is needed when the uncertainty of time, size and location should be considered. In the method of determining the magnitude of the generated and the rupture distance from the site is determined precisely and definitely, and the risks of a particular earthquake are investigated, but in our probabilistic approach, we consider the limits. In the risk analysis of various factors, such as distance from the source of earthquake, the magnitude of the earthquake, the type of soil, and ..., a design parameter is finally proposed. The purpose of this paper is to review the general seismic hazard analysis and its methods, considering the lack of Persian resources and the need to review important points and explanations for this issue for engineers and students.
