كاربست مديريت دانش در يك سيستم آموزشي

Application of knowledge management in an educational system: As an entrepreneurial approach

مقدمه: در قرن اطلاعاتي 21، دانش؛ عامل استراتژيك هدايت‌كننده جهت افزايش قدرت رقابتي بين‌المللي در سازمان‌ها به شمار مي‌رود. در سازمان‌هاي آموزشي كيفيت آموزشي تأثير بسزايي بر بهره‌وري مؤسسات بهداشتي دارد. راهبرد مديريت دانش مسير حركت در جهت اهداف سازمان را مشخص مي‌نمايد. مديريت دانش به‌عنوان يك روش مديريتي با بهبود مهارت‌هاي حل مسئله درون سازمان و كشف دانش نهفته در ذهن افراد و تبديل آن به دارايي‌هاي سازماني منجر به تسهيل اشتراك دانش در اعضا سازمان خواهد شد. هدف: در اين مطالعه هدف؛ بررسي موقعيت و كاربست مديريت دانش در دانشكده پرستاري و مامايي قزوين به‌عنوان يك سيستم آموزشي است. مواد و روش‌ها: اين مطالعه به روش تحليل موقعيت و با ابزار SWOT به صورت Case study در دانشكده پرستاري و مامايي قزوين انجام شده است. ابتدا نقاط قوت و ضعف به‌عنوان عوامل دروني و فرصت‌ها و تهديد‌ها به‌عنوان عوامل بيروني تعيين گرديد پس از سلسله مراتب وزن‌دهي ماتريس نهايي swot ترسيم گرديد. يافته‌ها: پس از بررسي‌هاي انجام شده و با درنظر گرفتن نقاط قوت و فرصت‌هاي شناسايي شده، دانشكده پرستاري و مامايي قزوين در موقعيت تهاجمي قرار گرفت. لذا اين دانشكده به‌راحتي مي‌تواند همكاري مستمر و هدفمندي را براي ارتقا ء سلامت جامعه با استانداري داشته باشد و برخي از كارآموزي‌ها و كارورزي‌ها را در جامعه افراد سالم و در جمعيت‌هاي متنوع انجام دهد. همچمين مي‌تواند برخي از طرح‌هاي تحقيقاتي را با همكاري استانداري انجام دهد. بدين ترتيب، در راستاي اهداف آموزش و پژوهش پرستاري و انتقال دانش تخصصي به جامعه فعاليت نمايد. نتيجه‌‌گيري: به مديران آموزشي دانشكده‌هاي پرستاري توصيه مي‌شود كه با سياستگزاري‌هاي ضروري در حوزه آموزش و پژوهش در راستاي برنامه استراتژيك دانشگاه به بهره‌گيري جامعه از دانش توليد شده بتوانند از فرصت‌هاي موجود در جامعه استفاده كرده كه از جمله آن همكاري با ساير نهادهاي دولتي و غيردولتي خواهد بود و اگر مديران آموزشي نتوانند به‌راحتي دانش را به طور صحيح در جاي خود استفاده نمايند قادر به رقابت نخواهند بودند.

Introduction: In the informational century of 21th, knowledge is a strategic driver for increasing international competitive power in organizations. In educational organizations, educational quality has a significant impact on the efficiency of health institutions. Knowledge management strategy specifies the direction of movement for the purposes of the organization. Knowledge management as a management method by improving the problem solving skills within the organization and discovering the knowledge that lies in the minds of individuals and transforming it into organizational assets will facilitate the sharing of knowledge among the members of the organization. Aim: The purpose of this study was to situational analysis and application of knowledge management at Qazvin Nursing and Midwifery Faculty as an educational system. Material & Methods: This Case study was performed by situational analysis of educational system by SWOT tool. At first, the strengths and weaknesses as internal factors, opportunities and threats were determined as external factors, then the weighting was done and final SWOT matrix was drawn. Results: After assessing and taking into account the strengths and opportunities identified, this system was in an aggressive position. Therefore, the faculty can easily and continuously collaborate with the governorate to promote community health and carry out some training and internships in healthy people in diverse populations. It can also carry out some research projects in cooperation with the governorate. Thus, in line with the goals of nursing education and research and the transfer of specialized knowledge to the community Conclusion: It is recommended to educational managers of nursing schools should apply the necessary opportunities in the field of education and research in line with the strategic plan of the university to take advantage of the community of the knowledge produced, including cooperation with other governmental and non-governmental organizations if the educational managers can not easily use the knowledge correctly in their place they will not be able to compete.
