اخلاق در پژوهش‌هاي علوم رفتاري: ديدگاه‌ صاحب‌نظران روش شناسي

Ethics in behavioral science researches: Understanding methodology experts' views

زمينه و هدف: همانطور كه ماهيت متفاوت رشته‌ها، روش‌هاي پژوهشي ويژه‌اي را طلب مي‌كند، تبيين ابعاد اخلاقي متناسب با مراحل پژوهشي آنها نيز ضرورت پيدا مي‌كند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ابعاد مختلف اخلاق پژوهشي در رشته‌هاي‌ علوم رفتاري پرداخته است. مواد و روش‌ها: در پژوهش كيفي حاضر، براي به دست‌آوردن مؤلفه‌ها و نشانگرهاي اخلاق در فرايند پژوهش، از مصاحبه نيمه ‌ساختاريافته استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل اساتيد صاحب‌نظر روش تحقيق در حوزه‌هاي علوم رفتاري دانشگاه‌هاي تهران بودند كه از طريق نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و روش گلوله برفي تعداد 15 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند. براي تحليل اطلاعات، از تحليل محتواي قياسي و روش كدگذاري باز و مقوله‌اي استفاده شد. ملاحظات اخلاقي: رعايت حريم خصوصي و رازداري و مشاركت داوطلبانه از جمله ملاحظات اخلاقي بوده است. يافته‌ها: اصول اخلاقي در فرايند پژوهش‌هاي علوم رفتاري را مي‌توان در 5 مرحله زير در نظر گرفت: اخلاق در انتخاب و تبيين مسأله (تشخيص درست مسأله، عدم تحريف حقايق در انتخاب مسأله، توانايي و تخصص پژوهشگر، اهميت و ضرورت مسأله)، اخلاق در جمع‌آوري داده‌ها (روش نمونه‌گيري و اعتبار آن، دقت در جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، استفاده از ابزار مناسب و استاندارد، عدم سوگيري، رعايت حريم خصوصي و رازداري، رضايت آگاهانه)، اخلاق در تحليل و تفسير (صحت داده‌ها، امانت‌داري و پرهيز از داده‌سازي، استفاده از روش تحليل مناسب، پذيرش نتايج و سعه صدر)، اخلاق در تدوين و نشر نتايج (عدم تحريف گزارش، در نظرگرفتن حقوق نويسندگان، استناد به منابع علمي معتبر، امانت‌داري در استناددهي) و «توجه به ارزش‌ها و هنجارهاي علمي» كه مورد آخر به عنوان شايستگي ورودي انجام پژوهش تلقي مي‌شود. نتيجه‌گيري: مباحث اخلاقي به دست‌آمده با توجه به فرايند تحقيق مي‌تواند راهنماي مفيدي براي دانشجويان و محققين رشته‌هاي علوم رفتاري باشد.

Background and Aim: The disciplines of behavioral science, due to their different research nature, require researcher to adhere to some common ethical principles. The present study addresses the various ethical dimensions of behavioral science research. Materials and Methods: This qualitative study was conducted through a semi-structured interview. The research population consisted of Tehran universities professors of the research methodology in the behavioral sciences fields. A total of 15 professors were selected using purposive sampling and snowball method. Data analysis was performed using deductive content analysis. Ethical Considerations: Participants’ consent was taken and they were assured that the information would be published totally. Findings: Ethical components in the process of behavioral science research were achieved in the following five stages: ethics in the explanation of the problem (correct identification of the problem; lack of distortion of facts while selecting the subject; the ability and expertise to perform the research; and the importance and necessity of the problem), ethics in data collection (validity of research sample; accuracy in data collection), the use of appropriate and standard instruments; non-bias; respect for privacy and confidentiality and informed consent); ethics in the analysis and interpretation (accuracy of data; honoring the trust, avoiding data fabrication; tolerance and avoid distortion of results); ethics in compiling and disseminating results (no distortion; considering the rights of all authors; citing credible scientific sources) and "paying attention to values and norms of science" which is the component considered as the competency for research. Conclusion: The ethical issues raised by the research process can be a useful guide for students and researchers in the field of behavioral sciences.
