A Glance at Plagiarism and Recognizing the Most Important Detection and Prevention Software

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، آشنايي با سرقت علمي و معتبرترين نرم افزارهاي داخلي و خارجي به منظور پيشگيري از اين فعاليت مجرمانه مي­باشد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر، سندي يا كتابخانه­ اي است و با رويكرد مروري متون و اسناد در اين زمينه را مورد بررسي قرار مي­دهد. يافته­ هاي پژوهش: بر مبناي يافته­ هاي پژوهش، سرقت علمي فعاليتي غيراخلاقي و مجرمانه بوده و مشمول مجازات­هاي قانوني مي­باشد. همچنين به منظور شناسايي و پيشگيري از ارتكاب تخلف علمي نرم­ افزارهايي طراحي گرديده كه داراي انواع داخلي و خارجي مي­باشد. بر اين اساس، Duplichecker، PaperRater، Smallseotools، CopyLeaks، CopyEscape، Grammerly، Plagiarisma، Plagiarism Check، PlagScan، Unichek، PlagTracker، Eve2، Writecheck،Turnitin مهمترين نرم­ افزارهاي خارجي و سامانه مهتاب، نرم ­افزار مشابه­ ياب احاديث و روايات، سامانه همانندجو، سامانه همتاجو و سامانه مشابهت­ ياب مقالات (سميم نور) مهمترين نرم­ افزارهاي داخلي در اين زمينه مي­باشند. همچنين بر اساس مطالعات محققان Turnitin معتبرترين نرم ­افزار سرقت علمي مي­باشد. نتيجه­ گيري: آموزش و توليد محتواهاي آموزشي هم در زمينه شناخت و پيشگيري از سرقت علمي شامل آموزش در زمينه فرايند پژوهش، استناددهي، ابزارها و منابع پژوهش و هم در زمينه شناخت نرم­ افزارهاي سرقت علمي مي­تواند بعنوان عاملي كنترل­ كننده بسيار حائز اهميت بوده و تا حد زيادي ميزان سرقت علمي را كاهش دهد. همچنين اعمال مجازات و برشمردن جرايم براي افراد خاطي و متخلف هم از سوي موسساتي مانند دانشگاه­ها و مراكز آموزشي و پژوهشي و نشريات مختلف و هم از سوي مسئولان دولتي براي مبارزه با اين پديده غيراخلاقي عامل كنترل­ كننده مهم ديگري است كه مي­بايست مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

Objective: This Research is intended to get familiar with plagiarism and the most authoritative indigenous and foreign-made software to prevent this criminal activity. Research Method: The method of the present research is document-based or library-based and it investigates documents and texts with a review approach. Research Findings: Based on the findings of this research, plagiarism is an unethical and criminal activity and is subject to legal punishment. Moreover, in order to detect and prevent the commitment of the scientific violation, some software has been designed which has different kinds of indigenously-made and also foreign-made software. Accordingly, the most important foreign-made software includesDuplichecker، PaperRater، Smallseotools، CopyLeaks، CopyEscape، Grammerly، Plagiarisma، Plagiarism Check، PlagScan، Unichek، PlagTracker، Eve2، Writecheck، Turnitin and the most important indigenously –made software includes Mahtab System, Tradition and Narration Similar Finder Software, Identical Finder System, Similarity Articles Finder system (Samim Nour). Moreover, according to Turnitin researchers’ studies, these are among the most authoritative plagiarism software in the fields of recognizing and preventing plagiarism Conclusion: Training and producing training curricula in the fields of recognition and prevention of plagiarism including training on research, citation, tools and research sources and also in the fields of recognizing plagiarism software can be important as a control factor and will somewhat mitigate plagiarism. Enforcing punishment and stating fines for perpetrators by institutes such as universities, training and research centers and different publications and also by government officials to combat the unethical phenomenon is considered as another control factor which should be taken into considerations.
