چكيده فارسي :
مرز پديده‌اي است كه باعث مي‌شود سرزمين و مكان جغرافيايي از مكان ديگري جدا شود و حدود آن مشخص شود. مرز را از پديده‌هاي جديد در روابط ميان كشورها عنوان كرده‌اند. مرز به‌عنوان خطي است كه صلاحيت اداري يا يك فضاي محله با فضاي محله ديگري را تفكيك يا ترسيم مي‌كند. مطالعه مرز در گفتمان دانشگاهي كاملاً جديد بوده است، اما تأثير آن به اندازه عمر انسان است. كاركردهاي مرزها در روابط ميان كشورها، مختلف استو مرزها انواع مختلفي دارند. وقتي به نقشه سياسي جهان نگاه مي‌كنيم مشاهده مي‌شود كه برخي از مرزهاي زميني ميان كشورها، به شكل خط‌چين هستند. اين مرزها درواقع، مرزهايي هستند كه هنوز بر سر آن‌ها ميان كشورهاي همسايه در دو طرف مرز، اختلافات و چالش‌هايي وجود دارند. در اين مقاله با روش كيفي و با رويكرد توصيفي- تحليلي به تحليل نقش مرزهاي زميني بين‌المللي به‌ويژه مرزهاي خط‌چين در ايجاد مناقشات ميان كشورها در قلمروهاي اسلامي پرداخته شده است كه به‌طور موردي وضعيت مرزهاي ميان كشورهاي چين، هند و پاكستان مورد تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهند كه با توجه به اينكه در قرن كنوني، با پيشرفت تكنولوژي و توسعه فرهنگي در ميان كشورهاي جهان و شكل‌گيري گفتمان اقتصادي و شناخت بيشتر دولت‌ها از همديگر روبرو هستيم، ولي كماكان، مرزهاي زميني در ايجاد چالش و مناقشات سياسي- امنيتي ميان دولت‌ها و جوامع، نقش دارند و بعضاً باعث نزاع و درگيري ميان مرزنشينان مي‌شوند. اين مسئله در آسياي جنوبي (چين، هند و پاكستان) در قلمروهاي سرزمين‌هاي اسلامي همچنان پابرجا است.

The Boundary is a Phenomenon that Causes the Land and Geographic Location to be Separated from each other and to be Determined. The Study of the Boundary in the Academic Discourse has been completely new, but its Effect is as much as Human Life. The Functions of the Borders are different in Relations between Countries, and Borders have Different Types. When we look at the Political map of the World, it is observed that some of the Land Borders between Countries are Dashed Line. These Borders are, in fact, the Borders that still exist between the Neighboring Countries on the two Sides of the Border, Disputes and Challenges. In this paper, a Qualitative Method with a Descriptive-Analytical Approach has been developed to examine the Role of International Land Borders, in Particular the Dashed line Boundaries, in Creating Conflicts among Countries. In Some Cases, the Status of Borders between the Countries of China, India and Pakistan has been examined. The Results of the Research show that, in View of the fact that in the Current Century, the Advancement of Technology and the development of Cultures among the Countries of the world, the Formation of Economic Discourse and the Recognition of more States from each other, We faced, but the land Borders Still Play a role in Creating a Challenge and Controversy Political-Security between Governments and Societies, and Sometimes cause Conflicts among the Border Landers.
