كتابخانه هولوگرافيك؛ توسعه عدالت اطلاعاتي در استعاره كتابخانه آيينه‌گون در برابر دانش

Holographic Library: Applying Metaphor of Library as Mirror of Knowledge for Developing Information Justice

هدف: لازمه توسعه عدالت اطلاعاتي در سطح ملي، ايجاد زمينه دسترسي برابر به منابع علمي است. يكي از بزرگترين منابع توزيع اطلاعات در كشور، كتابخانه‌ها هستند كه به دلايل گوناگون، گاهي فقط در دسترس عده معدودي از افراد قرار مي‌گيرند.كتابخانه در واقع، فضاي توسعه نرم‌افزاري دانش است. به عبارت ديگر، كتابخانه با ايجاد امكان دسترسي به محتوا و الگوهاي گوناگون تفكر و مراوده علمي، زمينه را براي توسعه دانش فراهم مي‌كند. به‌ويژه، كتابخانه هاي عمومي، امكان ارتقاء سطح عدالت در دسترسي به دانش و اطلاعات را افزايش مي‌دهند. روش: اين پژوهش با ملاحظه ظرفيت‌هاي انباشته‌شده در كتابخانه‌هاي مناطق مركزي كشور، با هدف توسعه دسترسي، به وجهي پديدارشناسانه به معرفي مفهوم كتابخانه هولوگرافيك پرداخته‌است و سپس، با استفاده از روش طراحي سيستم با كاربست چهار تابلوي نمودار جريان اطلاعات، اين مفهوم را توسعه داده است. يافته‌ها: ايده «كتابخانه هولوگرافيك» بر ايده مقدس «نشر دانش به منزله تكليف» بنا نهاده شده است. خلاصه و لب اين ايده، آن است كه همه بتوانند در همه جاي كشور و جهان، بدون محدوديت، به بيشترين اطلاعات مورد نياز دست يابند. در اين امتداد، بايد با توسعه كتابخانه الكترونيك، امكان دسترسي به منابع دانش را براي همه اقشار جامعه قرار ‌داد تا امكان دانش افزايي و عدالت‌گستري در سير دانش اندوزي براي همه فراهم ‌آيد.

Objectives: The development of information justice at national level requires equal access to information resources. One of the major sources of information in any country is libraries which, due to different reasons, are accessed by only a limited number of people. In fact, library is the space for soft development of knowledge. In other words, by developing intellectual context and content of theoretical development, library prepares the ground for knowledge development. In particular, public libraries increase the possibility of justice in access to knowledge and information. Method: The present study, by observing the accumulated capacities in the center, adopts a phenomenological approach to the issue of holographic library with the aim of developing access, and then, uses system design method by applying four figures of information trend. Findings: The idea of holographic library is based upon the sacred idea of dissemination of knowledge as a duty. At the heart of this idea lies the fact that in any part of the country and the world, it should be possible to access the highest amount of information without any limitation. If electronic library is accessed by all people without any extra cost, it becomes possible to increase knowledge and justice in gaining knowledge.
