ارزيابي نقش بازارچه هاي مشترك مرزي در توسعه و رفاه مناطق مرزنشين : مطالعه موردي: بازارچه ي مرزي سيران بند بانه

Evaluate the Role of border Markets in the development and welfare of frontier regions (Case Study: Sayranband border market of Baneh)

ايجاد بازارچه هاي مرزي يكي از راه هاي رونق تجارت در مناطق مرزي بوده كه تأثيرات شگرفي بر زندگي ساكنين اين نواحي دارد. اين بازارچه ها به توسعه پايدار مناطق مرزي مي انجامد و علاوه بر تأثيرات اقتصادي – اجتماعي، در تثبيت و تأمين امنيت مرزها نقشي اساسي ايفا مي كند. در همين ارتباط، بازارچه ي مرزي سيران بند بانه يكي از بازارچه هاي مرزي غرب ايران محسوب مي شود كه به دليل نزديكي به مرز غربي و اقليم كردستان، همواره در سالهاي اخير مورد توجه بوده و تأثيرات فراواني در سطح ملي و منطقه اي داشته است. در اين پژوهش به تأثيرات اين بازارچه بر زندگي ساكنين شهرستان بانه پرداخته شده است. روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و اطلاعات مورد نياز از طريق مطالعه ي اسناد و مدارك كتابخانه اي و مشاهدات ميداني جمع آوري شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل وضع موجود از مدل SWOT استفاده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه، مهم ترين نقاط قوت بازارچه سيران بند بانه (S1)، بالا بودن گردشگري تجاري و مهم ترين نقاط ضعف آن (W1)، نبود برنامه واحد جهت سازماندهي مبادلات مرزي و مهم ترين فرصت آن (O1)، تقويت نقش بازارچه در سطح منطقه اي و ملي و مهم ترين نقاط تهديد آن (T8)، وجود نابرابري اقتصادي بين ساكنين شهرستان بانه با شهرهاي اطراف مي باشد. با اين وجود، ايجاد بازارچه مرزي سيران بند بر گسترش و رشد فيزيكي شهر بانه، آباداني و عمران اين شهر، ايجاد درآمد، رشد اشتغال و كاهش بيكاري تأثير شگرفي بر جا گذاشته است.

The establishment of border markets is one way to the trade booming in the frontier regions that have a significant impact on the lives of the residents of these areas. These markets usually will lead to the sustainable development of frontier regions and in addition to economic - social impacts; play a key role in stabilizing and securing of borders. In this context, Sayranband border market of Baneh is one of the Iran’s west border markets which due to proximity to the western border and the Kurdish region of Northern Iraq, in recent years has always been considered, and had a great impact on the national and regional level. In this study, the effects of this market on the lives of residents of the city of Baneh discussed. Methodology is descriptive-analytical and the required information collected by the library documents and the field observations. As well as to analyze the current situation, the SWOT model is used. The results of this research show that the business tourism is the most important strength (S1), the lack of single program for organizing cross-border transactions is the most important weakness (W1), and strengthening the role of market in regional and national level is the most important opportunity (O1) as well as the economic inequality between Baneh residents and surrounding cities is the most important threat of Sayranband border market. The establishment border market Syranbnd the development and physical growth of the city of Baneh, prosperity and development of the city, income, job growth and lower unemployment have had an important influence. Unemployment rate of 5.3 percent in the population of 10 years and more city of Baneh in the census of 90, which is lower than most city in the country. Nevertheless, the establishment of Seyranband border market has had an important influence on the development and physical growth of the city of Baneh, prosperity and development of the city, its resident’s income, job growth and Reducing of unemployment.
