نقشه راه بالنده سازي در فرايندهاي آموزشي سيستم‌هاي آموزش عالي(مطالعه موردي)

Development Roadmap of Educational Processes in Higher Education Systems (Case Study)

در مطالعه حاضر، پس از بررسي و شناسايي مؤلفه‌هاي بالندگي سازماني واحدهاي منطقه‌13دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي، الگوي مفهومي در قالب نقشه راه بالنده‌سازي[1] ارائه شده‌‌است. جامعه تحت مطالعه، واحدهاي منطقه‌13 دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي بوده است. جمع­آوري داده­ها از طريق توزيع سه نوع پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته صورت پذيرفته­است كه بررسي روايي و پايايي آن‌ها، بر حسب نوع و ماهيت‌ ابزار، با روش‌هاي مختلفي مورد آزمون قرار‌گرفته‌است. پرسش‌نامه نوع اول با هدف شناسايي مؤلفه‌هاي بالنده‌ساز براي جامعه مورد مطالعه، نوع دوم با هدف تعيين اولويت مؤلفه‌هاي بالنده‌ساز با رويكرد ديماتل و نوع سوم جهت آزمون روايي الگوي تحقيق تهيه و توزيع شده است. شناسايي مؤلفه‌هاي بالندگي با رويكرد تركيبي از نتايج مطالعات پيشين، روش دلفي و الگوسازي تحليل مسير انجام شده‌است. اولويت‌بندي مؤلفه‌ها با با رويكرد ديماتل و بر اساس ميزان شاخص نفوذ و اثر مؤلفه‌ها انجام گرفته ‌است. نهايتاً، با لحاظ نمودن يافته‌هاي تحقيقات پيشين و خروجي روش‌هاي به‌كارگيري شده، الگوي نهايي پژوهش در قالب نقشه‌راه بالنده‌سازي براي جامعه مورد مطالعه ارائه شده‌است. الگوي مذكور با درجه تناسب29/4 و ميزان مطلوبيت 95% توسط گروه خبره مورد تاييد واقع شده‌است. نتيجه اصلي تحقيق، در قالب نقشه‌راه بالنده‌سازي براي جامعه تحت مطالعه در هشت دسته از عناصر اصلي مطرح شده كه شامل موارد زير است: "اهداف و فلسفه، مباني نظري بالندگي، مؤلفه‌هاي بالندگي، فراگردهاي اجرايي، تسهيل‌كننده‌ها، برونداد، بازخورد و چگونگي ارتباطات مابين اجزاي الگو".

In the present study, after surveying and identifying the factors of organizational development (OD) for district 13 of Islamic Azad University, the conceptual model presented in shape of a development roadmap. The research community was district 13 of Islamic Azad University. Data collection was conducted through three kinds of questionnaires that surveying about those validities and reliabilities, based on type and nature of the instrument, tested on different methods. The first type of questionnaire to identifying the development factors, type II for determining the priorities with DEMATEL approach and type III for testing the research model developed and distributed. The development indices recognition performed with the respect of the previous studies, Delphi method and path modeling analysis techniques; and their Prioritization concluded by the DEMATEL systemic Method, according to the factors' influence/ influenced rate with respecting to the situation of research society. Eventually, regard to the previous research findings and outputs of the methods of the applied methods of this research, the final model of the research presented in the form of development road map for the understudied organization. The model has been proved from the expert group with 4.29 fitting degree and 95% Desirability. Data collecting concluded according to the concept of Delphi technique with three different kinds of the questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been probed with different methods regarding the type and nature of them. The main conclusion of the study has been presented in the form of development road map for understudied community in the eight main elements: "the goals and philosophy, the theoretical framework of development, development factors, executive processes, outputs, feedback and the communications between the components".
