ملاحظات اخلاقي در انتشار و كاربردي‌سازي نتايج تحقيق

زمينه و هدف: انتشار نتايج يك تحقيق بخشي از فرآيند تبديل دانش ذهني به دانش اجتماعي، انتقال دانش و كاربردي‌سازي آن محسوب مي‌‌گردد. يافته‌هاي تحقيقات منتشره، مبنايي براي تحقيقات جديد بوده و ممكن است كاربردي گردد. از اين رو مطالعه مروري حاضر با هدف تبيين ملاحظات اخلاقي در انتشار و كاربردي‌سازي نتايج تحقيق انجام گرديده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در اين مرور روايتي ابتدا كليد واژه‌هاي Publication Ethicsيا Ethics Research وResearch Utilization در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي Magiran ، SID ، Google ، Scholar و PubMed جستجو و مقالات مرتبط مطالعه و تحليل شد. ملاحظات اخلاقي: صداقت و امانت‌داري در تحليل متون و استناددهي رعايت گرديد. يافته‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر پس از مروري بر موارد نقض اخلاق در انتشار نتايج تحقيق، اصول اخلاقي در نشر نتايج پژوهش تحليل شده و لزوم كاربردي‌سازي آن را به عنوان يك پلكان ضروري براي ترجمان دانش استدلال گرديد. صداقت در تمامي جنبه‌هاي تحقيق، مسؤوليت‌پذيري و پاسخگويي در هدايت تحقيق، انصاف و حسن نيت حرفه‌اي در همكاري با ديگران و نظارت دقيق بر پژوهش چهار اصل مهمي است كه در پايه‌ريزي يك تحقيق اخلاق‌مدار معرفي شده‌اند. در اين مطالعه قاعده انتشار به موقع نتايج تحقيق و عدم تأخير زماني در انتشار و كاربردي‌سازي نتايج به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين ملاحظات اخلاقي شناخته شد. نتيجه‌گيري: به منظور رفع شكاف‌هاي دانش و تأمين شواهد علمي مورد نياز در تصميم‌گيري‌هاي باليني و همچنين، سياستگذاري سلامت، محققين ملزم به ارائه و انتشار به موقع نتايج تحقيق خود بر مبناي اصول اخلاقي مي‌باشند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش بر نياز به بازنگري راهنماي ملي اخلاق در انتشار آثار پژوهشي علوم پزشكي، آموزش و ظرفيت‌سازي براي ضمانت اجراي آن، و نيز اضافه‌نمودن زيرعنوان اخلاق در بهره‌برداري از نتايج تحقيق به مواد آن دلالت دارد.

Background and Aim: Research publication and diffusion is one part of the changing of internal knowledge to social knowledge, knowledge transfer and utilization. The findings of the published researches are a new base for further researches and may be utilized. Hence, this study aimed to explain ethical considerations in research publication and utilization. Methods: In this review main key words: "Research ethics" or "Publication ethics" and "Research utilization" were searched in PubMed, scholar. Google, SID and Magiran databases and then, related articles were analyzed. Ethical Considerations: Honesty and integrity were observed during review and citation. Findings: In this study after reviewing of the breaches of publication ethics, the ethical principles in research publication were analyzed, and the necessity of research utilization as an essential step for knowledge translation was argued. Honesty in all aspects of research, accountability in the conduct of research, Professional courtesy and fairness in working with others, and good stewardship of research on behalf of others are four principles that introduced as the foundations of ethical research. In this study, we identified the rule of on time research diffusion, and no lag or delay in research publication and utilization as one of the most important ethical considerations. Conclusion: In order to cover knowledge gaps and provide the scientific evidence needed in clinical decisions as well as health policy, the researchers have obligate to diffuse and publish their findings based on ethical principles, timely. The findings indicates on the need to revise the National Directory of Ethics in Medical scholarly works, educating and capacity building for its enforcement and also necessity of adding the subtitle of research utilization ethics to its matters.
