از جمله گروه هاي اجتماعي آسيب پذير در جامعه‌، زنان سرپرست خانواده مي ­باشند كه به ‌دليل نداشتن يا ضعف سرپرست مرد،زندگي اجتماعي آنان با چالش هايي روبه‌روست. در شرايط متحول زندگي امروزي، كيفيت زندگي ، شادكامي و رفاه اجتماعي اين قشر، مسأله­ ي مهمي مي­ باشد. از همين رو، مطالعه ­ي كيفيت زندگي و شادكامي آن­ها مي­تواند گامي مهم در مسير شناخت نيازهاي آن­ها و سياست­گذاري اجتماعي- حمايتي باشد. اين پژوهش، با هدف مقايسه­ ي كيفيت زندگي و شادكامي مادران سرپرست خانواده و غير سرپرست شهرستان جهرم انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع علي – مقايسه ­اي بوده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل تمامي مادران سرپرست خانواده و مادران غيرسرپرست ساكن شهر جهرم بود كه گروه نمونه، متشكل از 100 نفر (تعداد 50 مادر سرپرست خانواده و 50 مادر غيرسرپرست خانواده) با استفاده از روش نمونه ­گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند و با دو پرسش­نامه، كيفيت زندگي سازمان بهداشت جهاني و پرسش­نامه ­ي شادكامي آكسفورد مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. داده­ هاي گردآوري شده در دو سطح آمار توصيفي (ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطي (تحليل مانوا) مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه بين كيفيت زندگي و شادكامي مادران سرپرست خانواده و ماداران غير سرپرست تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد و ميانگين كيفيت زندگي و شادكامي مادران سرپرست خانواده نسبت به ماداران غير سرپرست خانواده پايين تر است. بين ابعاد كيفيت زندگي كاري و ابعاد شادكامي در مادران سرپرست خانواده و ماداران غير سرپرست تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد.

Among the vulnerable social groups in the community, women are the head of the family who face challenges due to the lack of or poor supervision of the husband and their social life. In today's changing conditions, the quality of life, happiness, and social well-being of this cortex are an important issue. Hence, studying the quality of life and their happiness can be an important step in identifying their needs and socio-advocacy policy. The aim of this study was to compare the quality of life and happiness of mothers of the family head and unmarried mothers in Jahrom city. The research method was causal-comparative. The statistical population of this study included all mothers of head of household and non-guardian mothers living in Jahrom city. A sample group of 100 people (50 female head of household and 50 non-family members) were selected using purposeful sampling and assessed by two World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaires and Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (variance analysis). The results showed that there is a significant difference between the quality of life and happiness of the mothers of the head of the family and non-nursing mothers and the average quality of life and happiness of the head of household mothers is lower than non-nursing mothers.
