Management styles in Nahj al-Balaghah

يكي از محورهاي اصلي مطالعه در حوزۀ مديريت مقوله رهبري است. هدايت و رهبري از وظايف عمدۀ مديريت است ولي تمام كار او نيست. اين امر زماني تحقق مي‌يابد كه فردي به هر دليل كوشش كند بر رفتار فرد يا گروهي اثر بگذارد، زيرا رهبري يعني قدرت تأثيرگذاري بر پيروان، به نحوي كه براساس ميل و خواستۀ خود در جهت تحقق اهداف در موقعيت‌هاي گوناگون حركت كند. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه ­اي به روش تحليلي-توصيفي انجام پذيرفته است و با بررسي نهج­ البلاغه، مقالات، كتاب­ ها و منابع مختلف تلاش كرده است، تا به تبيين مفهوم سبك‌هاي مديريت از منظر نهج‌البلاغه بپردازد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي ­دهد كه ديدگاه امام علي (ع) نسبت به رهبري و مديريت، ديدگاهي مردم محور است كه اگر نفوذي و فرماني وجود دارد در جهت اهداف زيردستان و رفاه عامۀ مردم است و اگر رهبر به‌دنبال تحقق اهداف سازمان و مجموعۀ خاص خود است، اين اهداف چيزي جز رضايت مردم نيست و اين‌جاست كه امام علي(ع) رهبري را وظيفه‌اي سنگين و مسؤوليتي دشوار مي‌داند. امام علي(ع) به مديران خود يادآوري مي‌كند كه آنان خدمتگزاران مردم هستند و بايد داراي صفت‌هاي اخلاقي باشند.

One of the main pillars of the study is in the field of leadership management. Leadership and leading are the major responsibilities of management, but it is not his job. This occurs when a person, for whatever reason, tries to influence the behavior of an individual or group, because leadership means the power to influence followers, so that they move in accordance with their will and desire to achieve their goals in different situations. The present study was conducted using analytical-descriptive analytical library studies. By analyzing Nahjolbalagheh, various articles and books and sources have been tried to explain the concept of management styles from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah. Imam Ali's view of leadership and management is a people-centered view that if there is intrusion and command to the ends of the subordinates and the general welfare of the people, and if the leader seeks to achieve the goals of his organization and his specific set, these goals are nothing but It is not the consent of the people, and this is where Imam Ali (AS) considers the leadership to be a heavy duty and a difficult task. Imam Ali (AS) reminds his directors that they are servants of the people and must have moral attributes. Therefore, in the present study, the management and leadership styles from Nahj-ol-Balaghah's point of view have been discussed.
