Adaptive analysis of the ethical goals of government in nahj al-balaghah and the constitution of the islamic republic of iran

برپايي حكومت­ ها در طول تاريخ، با اهداف متفاوتي صورت مي ­پذيرفته كه دست­يابي به قدرت و تسلّط بر منابع انساني و اقتصادي، بخش قابل‌توجّهي از اين اهداف بوده است. حكومت اسلامي به دليل ريشه­ هاي مكتب توحيدي آن، جلوه­اي ديگر از انواع حكومت­ ها را با اهدافي متفاوت ارائه مي­ دهد كه بخشي از آن­ها، اهداف اخلاقي است. حكومت علوي و انقلاب اسلامي ايران، نمونه­ هايي از اين دست بوده كه برنامه ­هايي را براي پويايي اخلاق در حوزة فردي و اجتماعي به اجراء درآورده­ اند. به نظر مي ­رسد، اهداف اخلاقي اين دو حكومت، در نهج ­البلاغه و قانون اساسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران تبيين شده و هم­ راستا مي ­باشند. هدف آن است كه ضمن اثبات لزوم پيش ­بيني اهداف اخلاقي براي حكومت، اين موارد استخراج و تحليل شده، تا ميزان اشتراك اين دو متن در زمينة اهداف اخلاقي مشخص گردد. مقالة حاضر، ضمن مطالعة هر دو منبع، به اين نتيجه دست يافته است كه هر دو، پويايي اخلاق فردي و اجتماعي را در رأس اهداف حكومت دانسته و ضمن هم­پوشاني با هم، پنج محور را مورد بحث قرار داده­اند، شامل: رشد و سعادت انسان، گسترش فضايل اخلاقي، هدايت فردي و اجتماعي، برپايي و تقويت دين و مقابله با انحراف و گمراهي.
