The Role of Police Intelligence Dominance in Maintaining Order and Security (With Emphasis on Human Resources and Equipment)

تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش اشراف اطلاعاتي پليس با توجه به عنصر نيروي انساني و تجهيزات و امكانات در برقراري نظم و امنيت انجام شده است كه از نظر ماهيت، كاربردي و به روش توصيفي -پيمايشي در قلمروي زماني سال 1396 انجام شده است. جامعة آماري شامل فرماندهان و روساي انتظامي ، خبرگان و كارشناسان اشراف اطلاعاتي است كه حجم نمونه با توجه به جدول مورگان برابر با 79 نفر و نمونه گيري به روش تمام شمار انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوري داده ها مشاهده و پرسشنامة محقق ساخته بوده كه روايي پرسشنامه با مصاحبة خبرگان و صاحبنظران و پايايي پرسشنامه با است فاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ برابر 0/832 محاسبه و تأييد شده است. روش تجزيه و تحليل يافته ها با آزمون ماتريس و سطح معني داري متغيرها انجام شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد اشراف اطلاعاتي پليس وابسته به دو عنصر نيروي انساني با تعداد نه مؤلفه و عنصر تجهيزات و امكانات با تعداد پنج مؤلفه است. تحليل ماتريس مؤلفه ها ضمن تأييد فرضية تحقيق، نشان مي دهد بين اشراف اطلاعاتي پليس و عنصر نيروي انساني و عنصر تجهيزات و امكانات در نظم و امنيت رابطة معناداري وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of police intelligence dominance with regard to the element of human resources and the element of equipment and facilities in order to establish order and security. The present paper, in terms of nature, is an applied and descriptive-survey which is carried out in the period of 2016. The statistical society consists of commanders and law enforcement officers, and experts in the field of information intelligence. The sample size according to the Morgan table is equal to 79, and the sampling is done in full scale. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and the validity of the questionnaire was verified by interviewing experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to 0.832. The results show that police intelligence dominance is dependent on two elements of human resources with nine components and an element of equipment and facilities with five components. Analyzing the component matrix showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the police intelligence nobles and the element of human resources and the element of equipment and facilities in order and security.
