The Place of Future Studies in Crime Detection

با توجه به پيچيدگي هاي مسير كشف جرم و لزوم تسريع كشف و دستگيري مجرم ان و تأث ير آن در كاهش ميزان وقوع جرائم، لازم است در حيطه جرم يابي، راهكارهاي علمي متعدد و متنوعي جهت كشف جرم مطرح شده و بكار گرفته شود. لذا، هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي جايگاه آينده پژوهي در علوم جرم يابي است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي، از نظر روش اجرا، توصيفي - تحليلي و از نظر نوع مطالعه ، اكتشافي است و از منابع كتابخانه اي و مدارك موجود پژوهشي درون سازماني و برون سازماني در تدوين آن استفاده شده است. بررسي ها نشان مي دهد پليس بايد همگام با تغييرات سريع جوامع و رشد فناوري پيش رفته و خود را با شرايط و تحولات جديد تطبيق دهد. لذا اتخاذ تدابير لازم و تجهيز مأموران كشف جرم براي دستيابي به رمز و راز وقايع پيچيدة جنايي، بايد از قبل پيش بيني شود . از طرفي ، با پيشرفت فناوري، شگرد مجرمان در انجام پديده هاي مجرمانه به ويژه در جرائم حرفه اي و با سبق تصميم پيچيده تر شده و با توجه به تحول افكار اجتماعي و اعتقادات مردم و سرزميني بودن جرائم و زمان وقوع جرم ، امروزه دشواري هاي عديده اي در حوزة جرم يابي (ابزار بررسي صحنة جرم) و قوانين موجود نمايان شده كه مي طلبد با بنيان هاي علمي نيروي انتظامي در حوزة كشف جرائم و با رويكردهاي آينده پژوهي و همچنين بررسي نقش آن ها در شكل گيري آينده اي بهتر براي پليس، راهي براي كشف نظام مند فرصت ها و چالش هاي حال و آيندة پليس در حوزة جرم يابي ارائه كند

Given the complexity of the crime detection path and the need to expedite the detection and arrest of criminals and their impact on reducing crime rates, it is necessary in the field of crime to introduce and apply various scientific methods for detecting crime. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to study the future of the prospecting field in crime science. The present research is applied, in terms of implementation method, and in terms of study type is descriptive-analytical. It used exploratory and library resources and existing research documents are used internally and externally in its elaboration. Studies show that police must adapt to the rapid changes in societies and the growth of advanced technology and adapt themselves to new circumstances and developments. Therefore, taking necessary measures and equipping the crime detection agents to achieve the mystery of the complex criminal events should be anticipated. On the other hand, with the advancement of technology, the perpetrators of criminal offenses have become more complicated in carrying out criminal phenomena, especially in professional offenses and with the root of the decision. Due to the evolution of social thoughts and the beliefs of the people and the territoriality of crimes and the time of crime, today there are many difficulties in the field of crime (Crime scene investigation tool) and existing laws that seek to systematically explore the opportunities and challenges of the present and the future with the scientific foundations of law enforcement in the field of crime detection and futuristic approaches and their role in shaping a better future for the police.
