Factors Affecting Cooperative Criminal Policy in Maintaining Security

امنيت، از مهمترين نيازهاي جوامع بشري محسوب شده و در بعضي از حوزه ها مانند حوزة اقتصادي از اهميت دو چنداني برخوردار است؛ زيرا با نيازهاي اساسي بشر مرتبط مي شود. از طرفي، امنيت يك پديدة چند بعدي است كه نحوة دستيابي به آن بسته به نوع سياست جنايي حاكم بر آن جامعه، متفاوت خواهد بود. در سياست جنايي مشاركت مدار، امنيت فرآورده اي اجتماعي و محصول تعامل كلية نهادهاي مردمي و دولتي محسوب مي شود. لذا بررسي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر آن داراي اهميت است. اين نوشتار با هدف بررسي اين عوامل و با تأكيد بر حوزة اصناف شهرستان سنندج صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع و هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش، توصيفي - پيمايشي است. جامعة آماري پژوهش حاضر، 470 نفر از اصناف مختلف موجود در محدودة بازار سنتي سنندج بود كه از اين ميان براساس فرمول كوكران با 273 نفر از بازاريان مصاحبه صورت گرفت. يافته هاي اين پژوهش حاكي از اين مطلب است كه بين ميزان اعتماد به پليس و مشاركت اصناف در تأمين امنيت بازار و همچنين بين نوع نگرش اصناف به مشاركت، ميزان عضويت و فعاليت در گرو هها و انجمن ها و تشكل هاي مختلف و ميزان استفاده از وسايل ارتباط جمعي، نوع كسب و كار و شغل، سن، جنس و تحصيلات آن ها با مشاركت در تأمين امنيت بازار از سوي اصناف، رابطة معني داري وجود دارد.

Security is one of the most important needs of human societies, and it is indispensable in some areas, such as the economic area, because it is linked to basic human needs. On the other hand, security is a multi-dimensional phenomenon, depending on the criminal policy that governs that society, will be different. In the criminal policy of partnership, the security of social products and products is the interaction of all public and governmental institutions. Therefore, it is important to study the effective factors on it. This article aims to investigate these factors and emphasize on the area of the guilds of Sanandaj city. The present study is applied in terms of type and purpose, and in terms of nature and method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the present study was 470 different trades in the traditional market of Sanandaj, which was interviewed based on the Cochran formula with 273 marketers. The findings of this research indicate that between the level of trust in the police and the participation of the guilds in providing security of the market, as well as the type of attitude of the guilds to participation, the membership and activity in groups, associations and organizations, and the amount of use of mass media, type There is a significant relationship between the business and the age, gender, and education of the business and participating in maintaining security.
