مقارنه جايگاه كارآمدي در نظريات توسعه غربي و الگوي اسلامي ايراني پيشرفت

A Comparison between the Position of Efficiency in Western Theories of Development and IranianIslamic Model of Progress

مقاله حاضر، به دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال است كه مفهوم نظري و عملي كارآمدي و كارايي در نظريات توسعه غربي و الگوي اسلامي ايراني پيشرفت به چه معنا و داراي چه شاخصه ها و تمايزاتي است و از سويي چه راهكارهايي براي افزايش كارآمدي نظام فعلي جمهوري اسلامي قابل پيش بيني و پيشنهاد است؟ در راستاي پاسخ به اين سوال تلاش شده است كه مفهوم كارآمدي در برخي از نظريه هاي توسعه سياسي غرب، نظريه بحران ها، نظريه كاركردگراي ساختاري سيستمي بررسي شده و آنگاه مفاهيم كارآمدي و كارايي در انديشه امام علي(ع) بحث گشته و سپس با مقارنه اين آراء و با پرداختن به ديدگاه هاي مقام معظم رهبري و انديشمندان داخلي، شاخصه هاي بومي و متمايز كارآمدي در الگوي اسلامي ايراني پيشرفت ارائه گردد.

The current article tries to provide an answer for this question: What are the meanings of theoretical and practical concepts of efficiency and viability in western theories of development and Iranian - Islamic model of progress and what are their characteristics and distinctions? On the other hand, what solutions can be predicted and suggested to enhance the efficiency of the current system of Islamic republic of Iran? to provide a proper answer for above questions, it has been tried to first examine the concept of efficiency in some western theories for political development, ìcrisesî approach and ìsystemic structural functionalî approach and then discuss the concepts of efficiency and viability in Imam Ali's ('a) thought. These ideas have been compared later and through the study of supreme leader's opinions and internal scholars' viewpoints, domestic and distinctive characteristics of efficiency in Iranian - Islamic model of development have been presented.
