فعاليت‌هاي داخلي و خارجي مسئوليت اجتماعي سازمان‌ها در نظام بانكي و بررسي رابطه آن با سرمايه اجتماعي

Internal and External Activities of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Banking System and Its Relationship with Social Capital

اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي-تحليلي مي ­باشد و به بررسي رابطه ميان متغيرهاي تحقيق شامل فعاليتهاي داخلي و خارجي مسئوليت اجتماعي نظام بانكي بعنوان متغيرهاي مستقل و ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي شامل اعتماد و مشاركت بعنوان متغير وابسته در شهر تهران مي­ پردازد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر مشتريان با تعداد نامحدود و حجم نمونه 384 نفر و كاركنان بانك ملت در واحدهاي صف شهر تهران به تعداد 4242 نفر و حجم نمونه 352 نفر مي باشد. روش نمونه گيري مشتريان نمونه گيري در دسترس و كاركنان روش خوشه اي تعيين گرديد. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از وجود رابطه مثبت و معنادار ميان متغيرهاي تحقيق بوده و با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و تائيدي، مدل ابعاد داخلي و خارجي مسئوليت اجتماعي نظام بانكي تائيد شد. مقايسه ميانگين ابعاد مسئوليت اجتماعي نظام بانكي حاكي از پايين بودن بعد بشردوستانه نسبت به ساير ابعاد فعاليتهاي خارجي و بعد عدم تبعيض نسبت به ساير ابعاد فعاليتهاي داخلي مسئوليت اجتماعي نظام بانكي مي ­باشد.

This study aims to examine the association between internal-external activities of banking system’s social responsibility and the key components of social capital including trust and participation. The results of this paper are based on a survey conducted among two sample groups: 384 clients and 352 staff members of Melat Bank in Tehran. The results of this study support that there are a significantly positive association between internal-external activities of banking system’s social responsibility and social capital components, that is, social trust and participation. In addition, the results suggest that the dimensions of banking system’s social responsibility are significantly different: humanitarian and non-discrimination dimensions hold the lowest level of importance as compared with other dimensions of internal and external activities of banking system’s social responsibility, respectively.
