تحليل سرمايه اجتماعي در ايران با كاربست انديشه هاي ميشل فوكو

The Analysis of Social Capital Condition in Iran, in Bass of Post Modernism Theories of Michel Foucault

نظام هاي سياسي گوناگون به حد‌‌‌‌اقل ارتباط در ميان مردم و حاكمان سياسي نيازمندند، اين نياز به صورت مشروعيت و كارآمدي قابليت مطالعه را پيدا مي نمايد. با اين بيان سرمايه اجتماعي به نوعي با نيازمندي و سود و زيان ارتباط وثيقي پيدا مي‌كند. در اين ميان حلقه مفقوده اي هست كه توانايي ايجاد پيوند بين منافع مردم و حاكميت يعني دو عامل مشروعيت و كارآمدي را داراست و آن عنصر« اعتماد» است كه نام علمي آن سرمايه اجتماعي است. در اين نوشتار پژوهشگران برآنند تا ضمن به كارگيري انديشه هاي ميشل فوكو در سه حوزه دانش، قدرت و حكومت و با استفاده از نظريه سرمايه اجتماعي و تأكيد بر رويكرد رابرت پاتنام در بكارگيري سرمايه اجتماعي جهت تأمين منافع در سطح كلان يعني روابط ما بين دولت و ملت به راهكاري دست يابند تا به نزديكي هر چه بيشتر مردم و حاكميت و تقريب آرمانها به واقعيت‌ها بينجامد و از اين رهگذر ميزان كارآمدي و مشروعيت نظام سياسي كشورمان از يكسو و رضايت و رفاه شهروندان از سوي ديگر ارتقاء يابد. در اين تحقيق پژوهشگران براي نيل به اين هدف از روش تحقيق توصيفي – تحليلي و براي گردآوري منابع از روش‌كتابخانه اي بهره‌برداري نموده اند.

Deferent political systems need minimum relation between people and political governors and this necessity will be shown in form of efficiency and legitimacy. So, social capital is related to requirement, profit and loss. There is a missing link, in the meantime, which can tie between profits of people and sovereignty (legitimacy and efficiency), and that is “reliance”, whit scientific name ‘social capital”. Authors in this research try to apply postmodernism theories of Michel Foucault in three dimensions of knowledge, power and government, and by use of social capital theory and with emphasis on Robert Putnam in use of “social capital” for supply profits in macro level (relation between state and nation), and try to achieve an approach for more relation between nation and sovereignty and access of ideals to reals, and try to improve the measure of efficiency and legitimacy of our political system in one side and satisfaction and comfort of citizens in other side. In this research, authors, for reach to goals used the analytical-descriptive method and use library tools for collection data.
