چكيده فارسي :
امروزه حضور زنان در عرصه هاي اجتماعي و عمومي به واسطه نوگرايي افزون تر شده است؛ اما فرهنگ پديده اي پويا است و امري ثابت و لايتغير نيست، مي توان با شناخت الگوهاي تحول فرهنگ، در جهت مديريت و ساماندهي آن تلاش نمود، در اين ميان، مهندسي فرهنگي ابزاري كارآمد براي برنامه ريزي و مديريت تغييرات فرهنگي است. اين مقاله با رويكرد مهندسي، حضور زنان در اجتماع را ، در سه سطح فرهنگ آرماني، فرهنگ موجود و فرهنگ هدف مورد مداقه قرار مي دهد اين مقاله از نوع توصيفي است كه با استفاده از روش كيفي و تكنيك‌هاي مطالعه اسنادي و تحليل محتواي بدست آمده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد در سطح آرمانها و انديشه هاي اسلامي نقش آفريني زنان علاوه بر حوزه خانواده در عرصه هاي اجتماعي نيز به رسميت شناخته شده است. تحليل محتواي سخنراني ها نيز نشان مي‌دهد كه در سطح وضعيت موجود نقاط قوت حضور زنان شامل افزايش تحصيلات، افزايش فعاليتهاي علمي، اقتصادي و كارآفريني ؛ نقاط ضعف شامل افزايش اقتضائات نقشي چندگانه، مصرف گرايي، تعارض هاي ارزشي و نگرشي، فرصتها شامل توجه به نقش آفريني زنان در عرصه هاي اجتماعي در قانون اساسي و سخنان مقام معظم رهبري و در نهايت تهديدات شامل بحران هويت زنان، حاكميت نگرش مردسالار در جامعه، انحرافات زنان و مسئله اشتغال آنها است.راهكارهاي رسيدن به فرهنگ هدف شامل توجه به تغييرات موجود در جامعه، سياستگذاري مورد وفاق، تعامل نهادهاي مختلف، عدم خنثي سازي فعاليت ها و نظارت دولت مي باشد.

As culture is a dynamic phenomenon and is not constant, it can be understood by understanding the patterns of cultural change, In order to manage and organize it, Cultural Engineering is an effective instrument for planning and managing cultural change. This article, focuses on the presence of women in the community at three levels of ideal culture, existing culture and target culture, This article is a descriptive article which has been obtained by using qualitative method and documentary study techniques and analyzing the content of lecture presentations This article is a descriptive article which has been obtained by using qualitative method and documentary study techniques and analyzing the contents of paneling speeches titled Cultural Engineering, the presence of women in the community. It states that at the current status of the existing strengths of women's presence Increasing education, increasing scientific, economic and entrepreneurial activities; weaknesses include increasing the role of multiple demands, consumerism, value and attitude conflicts, opportunities including the role of women in the social sphere in the constitution and the words of the Supreme Leader and, ultimately, Threats include the women's identity crisis, the rule of patriarchal attitudes in society, the deviations of women and so on Their employment issue. Ultimately, strategies for reaching target culture include attention to changes in society, consensual policy, interactions of different institutions, non-neutralization of activities and government oversight.
