دروازة اطلاعات علمي، پژوهشي، و فناورانة ايران: خدمتي نوين براي پژوهشگران ايراني

Iranian Gateway for Scientific, Research, and Technological Information: a New Service for Iranian Researchers

دروازه هاي اطلاعات موضوعي، دسترسي كنترل شده به پايگاه هاي اطلاعات موضوعي و با كيفيت لازم را در ميان منابع بي كران وب براي پژوهشگران فراهم مي سازند و آنان را از سردرگمي و سرگشتگي در ميان اين منابع نجات مي دهند. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش ايجاد دروازه اطلاعات منابع علمي، پژوهشي و فناورانه ايران به عنوان منبعي ارزشمند براي استفاده دانشگاهيان و پژوهشگران در داخل و خارج از ايران است. روش اين پژوهش، پيمايش توصيفي و طراحي سيستم است. براي طراحي و ساخت اين دروازه، نخست پيشينه دروازه هاي اطلاعات و سپس، دروازه هاي همانند در جهان بررسي شد. براي گزينش انواع منابع نيز يك سياهه وارسي طراحي گرديد. سپس، معيارهاي ارزيابي پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي مشخص و بر پايه معيارها كار جست وجو و گردآوري اطلاعات پايگاه هاي گوناگون انجام شد. بر پايه يافته ها، مهم ترين قالب هاي اطلاعاتي گردآوري شده ده قالب اصليِ نشريه، پايان نامه/رساله، گزارش طرح پژوهشي، همايش علمي، كتابخانه، پروانه ثبت اختراع، سخنراني، دوره كوتاه مدت آموزشي، انجمن علمي، و كتاب دانشگاهي را در بر داشتند. دسته بندي موضوعي منابع نيز بر پايه شش موضوع اصلي علوم پايه، علوم پزشكي، فني و مهندسي، كشاورزي و دامپزشكي، علوم انساني، هنر و معماري، و موضوع هاي فرعي آن ها بود. سپس، زيرساخت نرم افزاري سامانه توليد و اطلاعات گردآوري شده در آن بارگذاري گرديد. اين سامانه كه نخستين دروازه اطلاعاتي در ايران به شمار مي رود، در نشاني dar.irandoc.ac.ir راه اندازي شد و در اختيار همگان قرار گرفت. از مهم ترين دستاوردهاي كاربرد اين سامانه مي توان به فراهم ساختن فضايي مناسب براي دسترسي سريع دانشگاهيان و پژوهشگران به تازه ترين منابع اطلاعات علمي، پژوهشي، و فناورانه؛ ارائه اطلاعات آماري از منابع اطلاعات علمي، پژوهشي، و فناوري كشور در وب؛ كنترل كيفيت محتوا براي استفاده كاربران؛ و تشويق به اشتراك گذاري منابع تازه و باكيفيت موجود در شبكه براي استفاده پژوهشگران و دانشگاهيان اشاره كرد.

Information Subject Gateways are providing access to the necessary quality controlled databases among the vast resources for users of the web and saving them from the confusion and perplexity among the sources on the web. The main objective of this research is creating Iranian Gateway for Scientific, Research, and Technological Information as a valuable source for use by academics and researchers inside and outside of Iran. Method of This study was descriptive survey and system design. To design and build this gateway, first gateways literature review studied and the Iranian research needs were identified. A Checklist was developed in order to selection of types sources. The evaluation criteria were specified databases and search criteria. Collecting information on different databases was performed. Based on the findings, the most prominent of information gathered includes ten original formats: journals, theses / dissertations, research reports, scientific conferences, library, patent, lectures, educational short courses, scientific associations, and university books. Resources are categorized according to six main themes of Basic Sciences, Medical Sciences, Engineering, Agriculture, Veterinary, Humanities, Art and Architecture and their sub-themes. Then the infrastructure system software was developed and information gathered loaded on it. This system is the first information gateway In Iran and is available from the Address dar.irandoc.ac.ir to everyone. In Iran, scientific research and technological information is increasing and various resources in various fields are provided on the web. Access to some of the information from a unit window that has the necessary qualities could increase the efficiency and effectiveness of searches. Such a system known as the quality controlled information gateway is a new service for Iranian researchers.
