زمينه و هدف: تحقيق آسيب شناسي فرايند آموزش تا صدور گواهينامه در آموزشگاههاي رانندگي شهر كرج با هدف شناخت آسيب شناسي و شناخت مسائل مربوط به فرايند آموزش (عملي و نظري) تا صدور گواهينامه در آموزشگاههاي رانندگي صورت گرفته است. با توجه به جايگاه آموزش و آموزشهاي كلاسيك و هدفمند در امر رانندگي و اهميت آموزشگاههاي رانندگي كه بعد از دهۀ 70 نقش مهمي را در صدور گواهينامه ايفا كردند، به نظر ميرسد كه با آسيب شناسي در اين زمينه ميتوان خلأهاي موجود را مرتفع نمود. روش: محقق براي انجام تحقيق از روش توصيفي - پيمايشي بهره گرفته و جامعۀ آماري نيز مراجعه كنندگان و هنرجويان آموزشگاههاي رانندگي شهر كرج است؛ لذا حجم اين جامعه از روي تعداد شش ماهۀ نخست سال 1394 به دست آمده است كه تعداد آنها، 25 هزار 421 نفر است. براي محاسبۀ حجم نمونه از فرمول كوكران استفاده شد كه درنهايت تعداد 231 نفر محاسبه شد و نمونه ها از طريق روش نمونه گيري احتمالي طبقه اي انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده ها نيز پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته است كه قبل از اجرا اعتبار و پايايي آن موردِتأييد قرار گرفت. يافته ها: نتايج تحقيق ضمن تأييد يافته هاي تحقيقات مشابه نشان ميدهد كه بهجز متغير برنامه ريزي آموزشي، ساير متغيرهاي تحقيق در بروز آسيب پذيري فرايند آموزش به هنرجويان در آموزشگاههاي رانندگي مؤثر است؛ كه البته طبق ضرايب بتا، آسيبهاي مربوط به آموزشهاي عملي، آسيبهاي مربوط به وضعيت مكاني و تجهيزات آموزشگاهها و آسيبهاي مربوط به توانايي علمي اساتيد در آموزش بيش از ساير متغيرهاي مستقل است. پيشنهادها: پليس راهور با برگزاري دوره هاي ضمن خدمت و كلاسهاي آموزشي مديريت آموزشگاهها و نيز كنترل نامحسوس مديران آموزشي از طريق دوربينهاي مركزي ميتواند اين مشكلات را به حداقل برساند. همچنين نظارت كافي بر آموزش مربيان رانندگي توسط مديران آموزشگاهها و ساير افسران راهور صورت پذيرد و در صورت بروز تخلف، مربيان به مبادي قانوني معرفي شوند.

So, The size of the population is obtained over the number of the first 6 months of 1394 that their numbers is 25421 people which of course Cochran formula is used to calculate the sample size. So Cochran formula was used to calculate the sample size that Finally, were calculated the number 231 people and The samples were selected through stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools is also made-researcher questionnaire which its validity and reliability was approved before implementation Findings: The research results while confirming the results of other similar studies show that except variable training planning, other study variable research variables is effective in incidence of vulnerability of training process to students in to driving schools that of course, according to the beta coefficients, injuries related to practical training- injuries related to location condition, schools equipment, injuries related to practical ability of professors in training- is more than any other independent variables. Suggestions: The traffic police with holding in-service courses and schools management training classes as well as invisible control training of training managers through central cameras can minimize these problems. Also adequate monitoring is done on training schools instructor and other traffic officers and in case of violation, the teachers introduced to the legal bases.
