ارائه چارچوبي براي سيستم مديريت دانش در محيط رايانش ابري و وب 2.0

A Framework for Knowledge Management System in the Cloud Computing Environment and Web 2.0

امروزه داده، اطلاعات و دانش دارايي هاي بسيار مهم براي سازمان ها محسوب مي شوند و مديريت مؤثر دانش راهي براي كسب و حفظ مزيت رقابتي در محيط به شدت پوياي سازمان ها مي باشد. با گسترش فناوري هاي اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي پديده هاي نوين رايانش ابري و وب 2.0 ، راه حل هاي مفيدي را در حوزه مديريت دانش پيشنهاد مي دهند. در اين مقاله ابتدا به معرفي و بررسي مدل هاي مختلف سيستم مديريت دانش مبتني بر ابر مي پردازيم و سپس چارچوبي براي سيستم مديريت دانش در محيط رايانش ابري ارائه مي كنيم. چارچوب پيشنهادي شامل هفت مؤلفه اصلي است كه بر روي بستري از ابر پياده سازي مي شود. در مقايسه با ساير مدل هاي بررسي شده، در چارچوب پيشنهادي سعي بر اين است كه علاوه بر استفاده از مزاياي متعدد رايانش ابري در سيستم مديريت دانش همچون كاهش هزينه سخت افزار و نرم افزار، انعطاف پذيري، دسترس پذيري در هر زمان و مكان، مشاركت و همكاري و ... ، قابليت گسترده اي كه رايانش ابري براي گرد آوري دانش و ايجاد زير ساخت هوش تجاري فراهم مي كند، نيز مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

Today, data, information and knowledge are very important assets for organizations and the effective management of knowledge is considered a way to gain and sustain a competitive advantage in a highly dynamic environment of the organizations. With the growth of information and communication technologies, cloud computing and Web 2.0, as new phenomena, recommend helpful solutions in the field of knowledge management. In this article, we introduce and review various models of the cloud-based knowledge management systems at first, and then we present a framework for knowledge management system in the cloudcomputing environment. The proposed framework consists of seven main components. To compare to the other reviewed models, in this framework, additionally, we used the numerous benefits of cloud computing such as reducing the cost of hardware and software, flexibility, accessibility at any time and place, collaboration, etc. where we tried to concerning the great capability of cloud computing for gathering knowledge and providing business intelligence infrastructure.
