The Role of Trust and Dependence on the Performance of Information Systems in Knowledge- Sharing Process In ICT of the Municipality of Shiraz

يكي از چالش هاي اساسي مديريت دانش در اقتصاد دانش بنيان امروزي، ترغيب افراد براي تسهيم دانش آنان است. ساختارهاي دانش بنيان به دليل نياز شديد به مشاركت افراد، بايد رويكرد اعتماد-محور در پيش گيرند، زيرا لازمه خلق و تسهيم دانش سطح بالايي از اعتماد و خوش بيني در روابط اعضاي سازمان با يكديگر است. اين مهم در سازمان هاي مبتني بر فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات به خصوص موردتوجه است زيرا از گروه هايي تشكيل شده اند كه هدف نهايي آن ها اجراي موفق پروژه هاي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي است. اين پژوهش كه با هدف بررسي نقش متغيرهاي اعتماد و وابستگي ميان افراد در توفيق تسهيم اطلاعات در سازمان انجام شده است با استفاده از روش پيمايشي، نظرات خبرگان و مديران سازمان فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات شهرداري شيراز را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. پس از گردآوري و تحليل مقدماتي داده ها، اقدام به آزمون مدل مفهومي پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري گرديد. نتايج نشان مي دهد ميزان ارتباطات اعضا بر اعتماد گروه سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي تأثير مثبت و معني داري دارد، همچنين تأثير معنادار اعتماد و وابستگي، بر تسهيم دانش ميان اعضا مورد تأييد قرار گرفته است كه منجر به افزايش عملكرد گروه سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي مي شود.

One of the main challenges of knowledge management in today’s knowledge-based economy is encouraging people to share their knowledge. Knowledge-based structures due to the pressing need for participation and trust-based approach should be pursued, because creating and sharing knowledge requires a high level of confidence and optimism in the relations between members of the organization together. It is considered especially in information and communication technologybased organizations, because they are largely composed of groups that their ultimate goal is the successful implementation of information systems projects. This study aimed to investigate the relationship of trust and dependence among individuals in the successful sharing of information across the organization. A survey implemented to examines the opinions of experts and managers of Information and Communication Technology Organization of Shiraz Municipality. After data collection and preparation, conceptual research model analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results show that communication between members has positive and significant impact on the trust of information systems group. Also, it has found that the effect of knowledge sharing among members is meaningful on increasing performance of the department of information systems.
