از پياده سازي معماري سرويس گرا تا چابكي سازمان با رويكرد مدلسازي پويايي سيستم

From Implementation of Service- Oriented Architecture to Organizational Agility by System Dynamics Modeling Approach

معماري سرويس گرا نوعي معماري سازماني است كه از سرويس براي ساده سازي و اجراي فعاليت هاي يكپارچه سازي استفاده مي كند. سازمان ها براي ادامه حيات در محيطي پويا نياز به تقويت چابكي خود از طريق سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي دارند و معماري سرويس گرا راهي براي يكپارچه سازي و افزايش اثربخشي استفاده از سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي در مسير تحقق چابكي است. در اين مقاله پس از بررسي مباني نظري و مرور تحقيقات گذشته متغيرهاي موثر بر پياده سازي معماري سرويس گرا و چابكي سازمان استخراج شد، سپس با استفاده از روش پويايي سيستم مدلي براي نشان دادن پويايي هاي موجود در پياده سازي معماري سرويس گرا و تأثير آن بر چابكي سازمان طراحي شد. اعتبارسنجي مدل با استفاده از آزمون هاي ارزيابي مدل در روش پويايي سيستم و با استفاده از نرم افزار ونسيم انجام شد، كه اعتبار مدل مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. در ادامه سناريوهايي براي حالت هاي مختلف متغيرهاي مدل پيشنهادي، طراحي شد و اجراي اين سناريوها شبيه سازي گرديد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد افزايش متغيرهاي سرمايه گذاري به منظور بالا بردن امنيت سيستم و نرخ بازگشت سرمايه گذاري باعث افزايش سطح پياده سازي معماري سرويس گرا مي شود و بالعكس؛ و افزايش سطح پياده سازي معماري سرويس گرا از طريق مكانيسم هايي پويا باعث افزايش پاسخگويي، و در نتيجه چابكي سازمان مي شود.

Service-oriented architecture is a kind of organizational architecture which uses services with the aim of simplification, and implementation of integration activities. Companies to survive in the dynamic environment need to strengthen their organizations through information systems. Service-oriented architecture is a way for the integration and effectiveness of the use of information systems and achieve organizational agility. In this paper after reviewing the literature and previous researches, variables that affect the implementation of service-oriented architecture and organizational agility are extracted. Afterwards, system dynamics approach was used for designing a model which indicates dynamics of service-oriented architecture and their contribution to organizational agility. The validity of the model was confirmed by evaluation methods in dynamics model by using VENSIM software. Finally, based on different scenarios of proposed variables, various scenarios designed and their implementations were simulated. The results showed increased investing to enhance system security, increased rate of return on investment influence on the implementation of service-oriented architecture and increasing the level of implementation of service-oriented architecture by dynamic mechanism increased accountability and organizational agility.
