Identify the most important Indicators and Models in the Evaluation of Science and Technology in Knowledge-based companies in Iran

هدف هدف اصلي اين پژوهش شناسايي مهم ترين مدل ها و شاخص ها در ارزيابي علم و فناوري در شركت هاي دانش بنيان ايراني است. روش شناسي: اين پژوهش بر مبناي روش هاي اسنادي و پيمايشي به انجام رسيده و بخش اصلي اطلاعات اين پژوهش از طريق مصاحبه دلفي دريافت و ارائه شده است. روايي و پايايي پرسشنامه ها به صورت صوري و محتوايي انجام شده است. نمونه پژوهش 14 نفر از خبرگان اين حوزه موضوعي مي باشند. يافته ها از طريق آزمون تي تك نمونه اي مهم ترين مدل ها در ارزيابي علم و فناوري ارائه گرديد. در شناسايي مهم ترين شاخص ها با بهره گيري از مدل ارزيابي علم و فناوري خرد ايران در قالب 5 بخش شاخص هاي انساني، مالي، ساختاري، عملكردي و بهره وري مورد نظرسنجي قرار گرفت و نتايج آن ارائه گرديد. نتيجه گيري بر اساس رتبه ميانگين، مهم ترين مدل هاي ارزيابي علم و فناوري مناسب براي سنجش و ارزيابي عملكرد علم و فناوري شركت هاي دانش بنيان عبارت اند از: «شاخص تركيبي اقتصاد دانش و شاخص دانش»، «شاخص تركيبي دستيابي به فناوري»، «چارچوب تحليلي ارزيابي سطح توانمندي فناوري»، «شاخص هاي علم و فناوري يونسكو» و «شاخص هاي خرد ارزيابي علم و فناوري ايران». مهم ترين شاخص ها نيز جداگانه در پنج گروه ارائه شد.

The main objective of this study is to identify the most important models and indicators in evaluating science and technology in knowledge-based companies in Iran. This study is done based on documentary and survey procedures, and the main part of the information of this study is received and provided through Delphi interview. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been evaluated through face and content forms. The sample consists of 14 experts in this subject area. Through univariate t-test, the most important models in the evaluation of science and technology were examined. In identifying the most important indices by using model of evaluation of micro science and technology in Iran, 5 sections of human, financial, structural, functional, and productivity indices were surveyed. Based on average ratings, the most important models for measuring science and technology and suitable assessment and evaluating of the performance of science and technology of knowledge-based firms include "composite index of knowledge economy and knowledge", "composite index of access to technology," "analytical framework to assess the level of technological capability," "science and technology indices of UNESCO," and "micro-evaluation indices of science and technology". The most important indices were also presented separately in five groups.
