تحويل‌گرايي در مطالعات جامعه‌شناختيِ دين

Reductionism in sociological studies of religion

يكي از پيامد‌هاي شايع در مطالعات دين كه مانع از شناخت درست و دقيقِ تجليات آن در عرصه‌هاي فردي و اجتماعي گرديده، تحويل‌گرايي است. شيوع و رواج آن چنان ريشه‌دار و گسترده است كه كمتر توجهي را به سوي خود جلب مي‌كند؛ به همين دليل چندان مورد امعان نظر قرار نمي‌گيرد. از نخستين گام‌هاي لازم براي كنترل و غلبه بر رويكرد تحويلي، شناسايي و رديابيِ آن در ادبيات نظري دين‌پژوهي است. «تحويل‌گرايي در مطالعات اجتماعيِ دين» اين كار را با نشان‌دادنِ عقبه و مصاديقِ آن در موضوعات و حوزه‌ها و سطوح مختلف و سپس با آشكارسازي آن در رهيافت‌هاي نظري مطرح در جامعه‌شناسي دين دنبال كرده است.

One of the most common outcomes in religious studies is Reductionism which has prevented the correct and accurate recognition of its manifestations in individual and social arena. Its prevalence is so rooted and widespread that it attracts less attention That's why not much attention is paid. From the first steps necessary to control and overcome the reductionism approach, it is identified and traced in the theoretical literature of religious studies. Reductionism in the social studies of religion" has followed this by showing the background and examples of it on different topics and levels and then by revealing it in the theoretical approaches raised in the sociology of religion.
