بررسي تاثير تحقق مدل بانكداري توسعهِ اجتماعي بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادي كشور با تاكيد بر شبكه بانكي

The Effect of Realization of Social Development Banking Model on the Development and Economic Development of the Country with Emphasis on Banking Network

در مقاله حاضر سعي شده است تا ضمن تعريف مفهوم بانك توسعه اجتماعي و تفاوت آن با بانك هاي تجاري مرسوم بر اساس موسسه جهاني آموزش بانكداري اجتماعي وصاحب نظران اين حوزه، الزامات و پيش نيازهاي عملياتي شدن اين مدل كسب وكار بانكي را با رويكرد تفسير گرايي و با استفاده از نظريات ماكس وبر، جورج زيمل وآمارتياسن تبيين گردد. بر اساس نظريه وبر، عقل سرمايه داري به همراه روحيه اخلاق مدارانه مي تواند موجبات رشد وشكوفايي را به همراه داشته باشد. همچنين با توجه به نظريه زيمل مي توان دريافت كه پول بر تمامي روابط اجتماعي تاثير گذار مي باشد و آزادي بشريت را با همين پديده مي توان تعيين نمود. سپس با روش پژوهش اسنادي آمار و اطلاعات معتبر شبكه بانكي بر اساس داده هاي وزارت امور اقتصاد ودارايي و همچنين بانك مركزي در سال هاي 1393 و 1394، عملكرد بانك هاي كشور مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته كه نتايج آن عدم ساختارمندي،فقدان شفافيت لازم، نبود معيار مناسب درتامين سپرده هاي بانكي وهمچنين عدم توزيع متوازن و تخصيص منايع تسهيلاتي را نشان مي دهد.در پايان به منظور دستيابي به يك بانك توسعه اجتماعي، انواع مدل رايج در سطح جهاني كه متناسب با ساختار اقتصادي كشور باشد ، ارائه ومعرفي شده است.

In this paper, the definition of the concept of social development of the bank and its differences with commercial banks based on the World Bank Institute of Education and Social Banking and the survey in this area, the requirements and operational requirements of this business model using interpretation and using From Max Weber's comments, George Simmel and Amartyasen Tibin. According to Weber's theory, the intellect of capitalism, along with the spirit of mutual morality, can boost and encourage. Also, according to Simmel's theory, it can be seen that money affects all social relationships, and human freedom can be determined by the same subject. Then, through the research methodology, the statistics and valid data of the network are based on data from the Ministry of Economy an‎d assets as well as the central bank in 1393 and 1394, the performance of the banks of the country has been evaluated, which results in the lack of consistency, lack of transparency, lack of suitable criteria for bank deposits and also lack of balanced distribution. As a result, in order to achieve a social development community, a variety of commonly used models that are tailored to the economic structure of the country are presented and used.
