ارزيابي ميزان حس تعلق محله اي با افزايش مشاركت شهروندان در طرح‌هاي توسعه محله اي (مطالعه موردي: محله پيرمادر، اردبيل)

Assessing the sense of neighborhood affinity by increasing citizen participation in neighborhood development projects (Case study: PirMadar neighborhood, Ardebil)

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي ميزان حس تعلق محله اي با افزايش مشاركت شهروندان در طرح‌هاي توسعه محله اي در محدوده محله پيرمادر شهر اردبيل مي‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ ماهيت در زمره تحقيقات توصيفي- تحليلي و به لحاظ نحوه گردآوري داده ها از نوع روش پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق، ساكنين محله پيرمادر، ناحيه 5 منطقه يك شهرداري اردبيل است كه در سال 1396 تعداد 5294 نفر را در خود جاي داده است. همچنين تعداد نمونه 358 و ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ برابر با 0/89 به دست آمد. نهايتاً اينكه در مرحله تجزيه و تحليل داده ها، جهت سنجش وضعيت موجود بين مشاركت و حس تعلق محله اي از آزمون T تك نمونه اي، براي بررسي رابطه بين مشاركت در توسعه محله اي از آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، و جهت بررسي ارتباط بين ويژگي‌هاي فردي با حس تعلق محله اي و آمادگي براي مشاركت از آزمون كاي اسكوئر (خي دو/ كاي مربع) در قالب نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتايج نشانگر ارتباط معنادار بين افزايش ميزان حس تعلق محله اي با ميزان آمادگي براي مشاركت در طرح‌هاي توسعه محله اي مي‌باشد و در نهايت پيشنهاداتي ارائه گرديده است.

The present study is an applied objective and is of descriptive-analytical type in terms of its nature and in terms of data collection method is a survey method. The statistical population of this study is the residents of the Pir Madar neighborhood, district 5 of region1 of Ardebil which in 2017 includes5294 people. Finally, at the stage of data analysis, To measure the status quo of partnership and neighborhood sense from T test, To examine the relationship between partnership in neighborhood development from Pearson Correlation Coefficient Test an‎d to investigate the relationship between individual characteristics with neighborhood sense and willingness to participate The Chi-square test (Chi-square / Double Qi) In the form of Spss software is used. The results indicate a significant relationship between increasing the sense of neighborhood affinity with the degree of readiness to participate in community development projects. an‎d finally, suggestions have been made.
